Deleting your account for a false pretense that the guidelines haven't been respected. And without even checking, even though I pay a yearly subscription, they deleted my account permanently. So if they delete their customer's profiles so easily, it's definitely not worth paying for a subscription.
based on trying to create an account, and denied, i can only assume some sort of age discrimmination, since all I did was create a user name, give them a birthdate and hit create account. they said I was not eligable for an account and they would not tell me why. I am 59 years old
I can't register to the app it always say "I can't register dew to the information i provide"

Following 15 years of membership, my profile was terminated due to a supposed violation of the terms of service. Customer support did not provide an explanation or evidence, stating that my profile was permanently deleted and that I am likely banned from the application, with no possibility of appeal. This situation is highly unsatisfactory.
This app is for lazy fat guys on disability that sit online all day eating.

I am an autistic disabled gay guy I was here trying to communicate through the live streams and I got picked on harassed bullied because I struggle with mental health impairments I was also bullied through when when I mentioned that I was going to be in the psych ward. I reported all of this to growler administrative team they absolutely did nothing. I am so shocked of how this growlr app has poisoned people's lives. do not allow any teenagers or people with disabilities in family install app.
App doesn't load after installing

You'll end up having to pay to block someone, even if they are harassing or spammers. That should be illegal. It's as if nobody works there. Any issues, and there will be many, you are on your own. Race options are racists. Latino and Hispanic are not races. "Multiracial"? Everyone is multiracial. In what world you block someone, but they still show up on the grid for you to see? Profile pictures are cropped by the app, so you may not be able to see the person's face or they wont see yours.
App is broken. Unable to create account. Keeps popping up an error. Avoid!

my account was suspended for no reason
actually unusable, the face i.d won't accept any image I take and there's no alternative to upload a form of government i.d just use scruff or something until they fix this joke
not able to create account. upon input of all details, when trying to save it just says may not use the app this time. no other details of the error. not sure if is only on my end. tried to reach the support but still no response

Please be objective in approving profile pics. I've seen more explicit pics being used, yet they're still approved, while mine with a tiny peek of pubic hair gets rejected. What an elitist system with a barely concealed pretty privilege. boo

Doesn't work anymore. Stuck in intro screen. Samsung A54. Tried clear cache and data. Tried lock/unlock while in intro screen. Works only once after reinstall, but nobody got time for that.

not happy i got a temporary suspension for no reason I follow the sites rules I will not use this app no more,
latest update ending with .1 is broken on all four of my devices. need to send out a patch immediately because app is useless. I got a splash screen and the app never finishes loading.
fix the age verification I spent 20 minutes trying to verify my age but it kept saying we need a clearer selfie when my camera is clean and my phone is propped up so it is stable. wasted time
been on this up for 13 years. it was fun before but not anymore. too many straight guys and scammers on it. now women are joining in. nope.

the admin allows users to file complaints on you and never bothers to check out the complaints for truth. They just ban you for life from the app!
Fake profiles all over. Spam from the site owners has reduced a lot (2026) but the number of fake profiles has gotten bigger. If a profile has one pic and no GPS telling you how far away it is = fake. And these are loads. Messages several times a day from these fake accounts. Make filling out these compulsory? I'd pay if there was an option to tick: block all faceless profiles. Then if you message someone who says NPNC a pop up would say: this member has blocked faceless profiles. So irritating
