it's apparently grubhub gold days. what that is or how I might order now is unclear though , as the app won't let me past that screen when I open the app

I hate Uber but they do it better. my food alllllways takes almost 2 hours to get here and I live like mayyybe 30 kins at most from the stores. its always cold by time I get my food and my food is always wrong or cold. the drivers are rude as well. not many options either for modifications or stores for their + or w.e. it is. probably go bak to Uber eats after my sub here expires.
I used this app all the time. But when my food get straight up stolen by the driver (picked up the food and while still at the restaurant say its delivered so I get nothing) grubhub support will do nothing to help you. they said the driver "verified delivery" when they never even came close to my house. completely ridiculous and unacceptable for a service whos whole purpose is to deliver food, and when they fail to do that they spit in your face. ridiculous
probably the worst one, cancels orders after ridiculous wait times and won't let you cancel an order even 1min after ordering. do not recommend.

Doordash has issues, but I will definitely go back to paying for Dashpass instead of using Grubhub+ (even when it's free thru Prime). GH+ doesn't cover same-day Instacart orders (costs too much to have the order "soon"), and it'll take almost double the promised delivery time for a food order, just for the order to be cancelled in the end! I get a $5 credit for a 30-min delivery to come after over an hour, and nothing to compensate for an order that GH cancels. Just...the worst.

I'd give it a zero if it let me! ive gotten documented proof the drivers have been stealing my food so my account is flagged and they wont refund me! even with a picture of a blank screen for "my order" and full record of the driver never leaving the restaurant or coming near my house. the appeal form they send "isnt working right now" theyve stolen $50 from me and im the one penalized!! "we appreciate you being a plus member" tho LMAO
the app never works properly for me
this application believes that a full day's labor is worth $50. we don't know where our tips are I never see them $1 always. I have customers telling me they put five yet I see one. if we can't form a union we don't need to because we're all out here together and we're all friends I'm telling people to stop taking your orders after three or four no tips don't run anymore. you better give us the tips or put bonuses or you're not going to get your food ran on time .
Customer service is useless. You ask them to cancel your 10:45 am scheduled order at 8 am and still can't do that much. compensation? a measly $5 credit. are you kidding me?! doordash would never
the app is fine, but the experience is absolutely worthless. late orders, missing items, stolen orders, and atrocious customer service are the norm. your attempts to offer help are as worthless as the attempts to help when I was a customer
First order, from a foodplace that takes max 30 minutes. i could walk to it in like 50 and be back, probably. got moved to a 2 hour wait, just for me to watch the driver drive away from the place without ever getting my order.
They're awful!!!!! Don't waste your time or money.. My last few orders I've gotten with them I only got ONE bc the rest GrubHub cancels them if they take to long I guess...idk if they dont have drivers or what, but maybe not let ppl place orders in said areas if there aren't driver's for said area... Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Done using this app. Everything shows up way colder than anything DoorDash and Uber Eats delivers.
Today I placed an order that was never delivered for around $75 and I had to argue for more than an hour to get a refund. They wanted to just give me a $10 discount when I received nothing. Their help is extremely difficult to reach and almost impossible to get assistance from. I am disabled and can't get my own food a lot but this should be a much better experience than what they give.
the delivery driver was horrible and the delivery driver wasn't even the person who was supposed to be delivering my food it, was supposed to be a girl but instead it was some dude who asked was my name keith and that's not even my name not sure how in the hell he thought my name was keith and on my profile my name is kenneth smh🤦🏿♂️ and I should've known something was right and dude never asked for my code to make sure I was the person he or she or whatever they are supposed to be SMH
I tried to order two meals today, both were canceled on me and I am left very hungry and very unhappy with this situation. No idea what is going on, fix your delivery system please. Not only that, but it's rare to get food that doesn't stink of marijuana or cigarettes.
ordered from taco John's, just to test out grub hub. 1st time with grub hub, long time with door dash. it is not going on a hour and a half and still hasn't been picked up. I called taco John's and they said they have had so many issues with grub hub, they no longer make food ahead of time, they literally wait until grub hub gets there. kudos to taco John's for being accommodating. I will continue to use door dash. I will NEVER use grub again. what a joke.
worst delivery app on the market. if they screw up you pay for it. support wont do a thing to help. just walk to the store. youll save money, time, and patience
tried it after swearing not to ever use it again. didn't get a mcflurry I ordered. they wouldn't refund me for the item. to appeal is 40 questions plus you must type the order number... using the same app that you use to find the order number. which restarts the form. I've used all of the food apps. absolute worst. don't do it
my order was ready at 10:30 p.m. at night GrubHub didn't pick it up until 12:30 a.m. I got my food almost close to 1:00 a.m. it was dry falling apart it was disgusting you could tell it was under a heat lamp for those 2 hours a $45 order got to have to throw in the trash money gave me a $10 credit I feel like I was robbed they could have just sent the driver over and I was just handing them $45 for nothing and they have no customer service just an AI chat very frustrating I'm going to doordash!
very poor experience. had a driver steal my first order. reordered it from not getting the first and the restaurant didnt want to make it again so canceled the order. Come on Wendy's what is your problem. also grub hubs response was sorry how's 5 bucks for waiting 2 hours and still not getting any food.
service continues to go downhill, order took an hour to get to me, food was cold by that time but yet grub claims it was on time. Just uninstalling at this point

I go to switch from door dash to grubhub and I get worst service i ordered food from long John silvers and 4 min later I order a slushy from 7 eleven I get my food at 10:45 my slushy never got here the guy could not u undrstand where I was when I told him what hotel I was at called in and lady canceled the order with out my concent its now 12:15 after talking to a manger and wont do anything about my food being cold since I was waiting for my drink im better off on door dash
Driver tried to deliver to the wrong address, and when I told her she's delivering to the wrong address, she gave me attitude. How about this: start hiring people who learned how to match numbers on the delivery to the "huge" numbers on the front of the house. Stop hiring people who only have a pulse and no brains! Geeez!
The drivers are thieves and liars, the phone number doesn’t work, and texting won't either. Had my delivery stolen several times. Grub Hub is BROKEN. Use ANY other delivery service.

Fees are awful and the 2 digit code thing has got to go. I can't worry about a stupid code while my dog is barking their head off at the person pacing at my door waiting for some number from me. I want NO CONTACT delivery. That means NO CONTACT.
I put in my address, my pin, my area code, and everything else it asked for. JUST FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS THAT I HAD NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE

Absolutely inconsistent with military base deliveries, when the order instructions state "requires base access" drivers tend to ignore it and fail to deliver when they inevitably reach the gate. When you request a refund, customer service states "Next time, have more detailed instructions." and refuse to issue a refund.

🧐🔎 They charge way too much in fees, taxes, and delivery charges-plus the tip for the food couriers. I was spending $20 at the restaurant, but Grubhub was charging me an additional $20 on top of that due to all the aforementioned costs. In total, it ended up costing me $40 and some change. 🙄👎⭐
