Invasive application requesting my location to be "Allow all the time" instead of "While using the app"
I cant manage any of the pay outs or bank info. the app is glitching out. it thinks I'm in different spots and when I'm in the middle of a hot spot I wont get any orders for the entire time. I went over 4 hours without one single delivery. what the hell is this? tomorrow is my third and last day. Also why send me notifications while I'm driving and then punish me for PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ROAD WHILE DELIVERING FOOD.
So far its bad. I have to wait until i'm approved for a route. this app needs to be competitive with Uber.
New update. Phantom orders destroying ratings. More angry customers over the tracking system not working properly. They're gonna either have to raise base pay to what it was last year or give out extra pay per delivery bonuses with gas going up if they want to keep people driving on weekdays. It's not worth it.
Still cannot read account violation details or dispute violation on Android. Details screen is almost completely whited out. Notified your company of this over a year ago and yet nothing has been fixed.
These gig apps like doordash mostly have offers that don't even pay irs mileage rates let alone time! They count on tips. Which is why you'll see an offer of $2 to drive 10mi! And the new notifications keeps going and going even after you declined or accepted!

If you think you're gonna make money with GRUBHUB, I feel bad for you. App been going downhill by the minute since WONDER took over. Work is NOT CONSISTENT and so is the pay. You have been WARNED!!!
A few days ago I got a order for1 bottle of water at McDonald's. As I walked in i got a phone call from the customer pretending to be Grubhub support. As soon as they called me, they asked to speak to the alias name that I use on the account. Right then and there I told them , this is not Grubhub. I hung up and they called back again saying they were Grubhub , I said , okay , if this is Grubhub , I will call back. The agent I spoke to advise me to complete order after I advised I was afraid fo
never gave me the opportunity to deliver with them. first time I signed up in 2023 they put me on a waiting list then made me reapply now they are saying they won't let me work with them
terrible customer service, no app technical support, the foreign people that work for GrubHub seems to be doing some evil things behind this app. this app has access to your whole phone and is taking ALOT of your personal data. DO NOT USE .
Make sure to screenshot everything to keep from receiving any violations. I promise you no one cares whether you've lost money or have to wait over 30 minutes for an order. Customer care likes to use meaningless words that otherwise mean they're not doing anything, I repeat they don't care at all and hope they can take all from you.
they will delete your account not let you log in even with no violations. they don't tell you why or let you appeal which is against NY law. awful use Uber eats or door dash and learn how to communicate
always order not ready at the store. so to pick up 3$ order you need to wait 15 to 20 minutes same time more. very bad app
GrubHub sucks, and so does their driver's app... they act like it's some exclusive club that you have to try super hard to be a part of... 🤣🤣🤣 I also DoorDash and they make it SUPER easy and no pressure. I'll scrub toilets at a gas station before I jump through hoops to deliver for GrubHub. 🤢🤮
the app has a glitch that lately it doesn't notify you of orders and then it takes you offline.
It seems pointless.If you don't take the low ball offers , they go , you get punished for it , they make millions of dollars and want to pay their workers , nothing we get more tips than we do base pay
waited 6 months on waitlist, finally got in, tried setting up account 5 times, app failed, put back on waiting list
while working on my application during the ID verification process they kept locking me out declining my ID saying that I wasn't the person that's on the ID when I did the selfie process. this app or job platform is a joke Don't waste your time

pay is not the best! Gas prices is crazy and people are not tipping that great! It's just not worth going 8 miles for 5 bucks and if we don't except the runs are very few and far between

I deleted the app for storage for a few minutes, tried to re-download, and log- in. I had issues trying login back in, it's been 4 hours now. Please fix bugs on app.

SHAME! Such a reputable company and they hired some incompetent programmers, apparently under quotas. Have you checked the accounting on the earnings page? There is a complete discrepancy between what I earned for the order and what was credited. At least roll back the program to the previous stable version and fire these worthless programmers.
Gh is trash. They punish you for not taking orders that are 3.00 for 15 miles and when literally nothing comes in they'll give you contribution pay then take away your scheduling because you got the pay they guarantee to give. Smh. I hate this app. I had that stupid app on for 5 hours and they sent 2 orders!!!!!

I will not accept a corroded leaking all ACID drone food delivery.Grub hub is about to make a TERRIBLE MISTAKE, There are about to be to many PISSED OF PEOPLE over this and I will join them if this happens in my city, This food delivery service is now causing their drivers to go down and out by releasing drones and robots to do their food delivery now all of grubsnub delivery drivers will have to go on Government assistance because they will lose their jobs to this AI drone and robots delivery.
terrible ran up and business I went and picked up a customer's food for them after the restaurant was already closed it was my first pick up ever I took it to the customer at almost 11:00 p.m. at night they tipped me and grab a blocked my account I said and call them if I didn't deliver their food why would they have tipped me so then they unblocked my account then I was doing deliveries a couple days later and I went to McDonalds the order wasn't ready and they said I was trying to steal time
still unable to add my debit card to my account going on about two months now. I've complained about this multiple times but nobody seems to care and nobody can help. you update this app all the time but yet you have a driver of 4 years telling you that the app won't let them add their debit card and no one is doing anything about it.

Notifications are not coming through (again). Never loads heat maps. On a galaxy s23 Ultra. On Verizon Ultra Unlimited. With 5 bars. Stops sending orders once you are near "Premier level" stats. Logs you off because it can't locate you. app closes when trying to accept order. irritating AF how it keeps ringing after accepting an order. 2026: same issues.
glitches constantly, assigns orders automatically, doesnt allow you to arrive at a location, assigns orders well before they are ready to pick up, etc - all of which results in violations on your end and there is no way to contact support. in fact they email you specifically saying that reports to support will not be replied to. Additionally,in my arra the pay is very low and the app doesn't allow auto pay out after completion.
Leaving a review seems pointless after looking at all the other reviews 😭 nobody gets a reply back. Its very annoying how MOST missions that pop up, aren't made aware ahead of time. There would be zero upcoming missions, then all of a sudden, in the moment there's a bunch. Also, some missions are very time sensitive, like "complete 6 orders in 2 hours without skipping more than 2." But I would get an order that's 20 minutes away. That 1 order itself is going to take around 45 minutes 🤦♂️

oh it's even worse than I thought.. new earnings tab is so broken that it can't even show your entire earnings history for the day. They broke this version so badly that not only is the earnings tab ugly, it's completely unusable!! The original earnings tab was much better and ACTUALLY WORKED. Whoever is on your app development team needs to be fired, rehired, and fired again in shame. Y'all can't make a functioning app if your lives depended on it. Utterly useless
