Wonder ruined this app. Offers are constantly garbage pay if you even get an offer that is. Didn't have to schedule before and would get offers all day. Now even on a schedule block you can go hours without an offer. They have ran this app into the ground. Total waste of time and your car. Been driving fot grubhub for 7 years and thats coming to an end. Its literally not worth getting on the app anymore 👎🏻
so they have you running to do these so called missions, which are supposed to pay you extra for completing them. they owe me for 6 now, because every time I've completed each one of them they change my order pickups to less than the required number and absolutely will not go through their records to pay me what they owe me. I don't even attempt to try them, yet even though I have finished those last 6, I'm not eligible, even with screenshots, I've emailed, nothing.
Out of all the delivery apps I've used this is the worst one when it comes to draining your battery even when it's offline. It's the only that I get asked almost every night if I want to put it in deep sleep to preserve battery life.
Terrible business. I can see why they've been sued so many times. Never got paid, they literally run a fraudulent scheme. Any other delivery app will suit you better than these criminals.
I have drove for years, but I am very unhappy with the most recent updates and changes. The app has gone downhill and needs fixed. Stop making changes that are identical to other apps. You are losing good drivers and customers for the lack of consistency for reducing efficiency/pay and quality. Increase your marketing to be more competitive and have more orders available for drivers to take and stop trying to do what other apps do and maybe you could keep the better quality drivers.
They screw you over with the app that's not user friendly and the 'stats' they track on you to assign you a program level (higher ones come with privileges). They often mark you as not arriving on time to pick up at a restaurant even if you are. And they say restaurants cancelling orders won't hurt your stats but that's a lie since the only way to prevent that is spending a lot of time to get them to deal with it on the phone with you.
Changed the app so that they can give you a violation for not putting up with terrible and low pay orders, no longer allowing you to provide a reason for the decline w/o punishment. Will make me wait 3 hours for a 2 dollar 5 mi. order then punish you for not taking it as if that makes any sense, even on block and trouble-shooting. Was my preferred app for delivery, now slowly becoming so bad im considering quitting the job I love over it. Fix your garbage, before you cant find workers.
bruh violations for not accepting every order regardless if its only $2.50 violations for picking up another driver's order after they unassigned it making it already late.... this is turning into Uber eats by the day

well I have been working for them for over four years and tonight I was told the hourly wage was taken away in the market I work in which is Muncie if any other drivers in the Muncie area see this leave a comment vto let me know if they have done that to you too
Penny offers and now no minimum pay. I'm done, f this. That was the reason to stick it out and now you pay worse than doordash.
Hey its been like ten years. GrubHub knows when we're driving and when we're not driving. So why send offers when we're driving? You know it's illegal and highly distracting to mess with a phone while driving. Thanks for considering driver safety #1.
Was good for about 2 years. I kept my stats at 100 percent have a 4.9 driver rating and never rejected an offer. Just for GrubHub to sunset contribution pay in my area and then stop sending orders completely. Went from 5-10 deliveries a day to maybe 5 a week. They didn't pay me for the blocks they gave me before stopping the contribution pay. Support keeps saying I will be paid but I have yet to receive any of my money.
you cant even log in cause they still haven't figured why you shouldn't send codes to emails
this company has some terrible business practices. They accuse people who follow all the rules of fraud to deny them schedules to avoid having to pay out. now they're updating so that there is no guaranteed hourly pay when on schedules. They are greedy and don't want to pay the people who work for them what they're owed. I put in a 14-hour shift didn't make enough to cover the hourly guarantee so they had to pay me out an extra $60 and then they accused me of fraud so I couldn't schedule.
I have 2 orders In the car on a mission.Now it wont let me upload the photos.im am highly upset and thus is about to mess me up.it happens to often with the new picture update.
App is unbelievably buggy. Screen randomly jumps when tapping most buttons. Earnings don't show for a delivery if a bundled delivery was rejected during it. Constantly shows a box saying "heat map can't be loaded". Alcohol delivery ID scan won't let you complete the delivery. Time spent is not correctly tracked, nor is it visibly summed anywhere. Earnings export contains less data than the app.
they make login impossible, stop for a few weeks a whole case needs to be opened several times just to login. Uber eats much easier
This app is garbage. Must upload picture before order at restaurant can be confirmed but the picture won't upload. UberEats and DoorDash don't have this problem. The problem is GrubHub app. Fix it.

There are so few drivers in my area that I have to wait on food for over 2 hours, but I have to be waitlisted to work for them?
was offered their digital card while traveling down the highway. didn't think much of it just hit the prompts and it added to my Google Wallet. a few minutes later I arrived at a store and went to purchase some stuff only to find out Grubhub had the audacity to remove all of my other banking information and cards that I had saved. after I added one of my accounts back on to tap and pay I called their customer service and canceled their stupid bank card and my driver account as a whole. Shady
GrubHub will block you if they mess up. Example: reach your location and the app deletes the order
this company was giving me orders that were already pick up or or the restaurant had cancel and i call driver care to let them know and I was told it wouldn't count against me. Grunhub gave violations after I was told the orders that was pick up or cancel would count against my account.
upload photo not working. can't do delivery. no option to say its not working.
Driver care is horrible. the app is glitchy. it'll work great for a couple days and then it will just be awful for a couple days and when you try to call for help these calls keep getting disconnected randomly. do not recommend this app go with doordash or Uber eats if you want to actually make money

I moved just over a month ago. I put in for a region transfer over a month ago. The AI automated response email said that I'd get a call to verify my move in 48 hours, that was over a month ago. Now I'm getting messages asking me why I'm not working. And every time I log in, it still has me in the old region. I'M IN A NEW REGION AND WOULD LIKE TO WORK WHERE I LIVE. Can a real person please help me with this issue?
alright side money. the apps AI algorithm is horrible lately. it keeps sending me to pick up food orders from places that have zero intentions on having the food ready for pickup when you are supposed to pick it up. the driver care team is only there to piss you off as well. out of the many many many times I've called them, only 3 people were able to actually help me. my acceptance rate dropped to 79 because of this even though it was out of my hands.
less than minimum wage: Notifications are not coming through (again). Never loads heat maps. On a galaxy s23 Ultra. On Verizon Ultra Unlimited. With 5 bars. Stops sending orders once you are near "Premier level" stats. Logs you off because it can't locate you. app closes when trying to accept order. irritating AF how it keeps ringing after accepting an order. 2026: same issues. no
Honestly, I've been on the waiting list for about. We're going on 2 months now. And I haven't heard, or seen any improvement, or perhaps anything, at all. When it comes to becoming a driver, i've heard great things about this app.But now I feel like this is nothing but a mistake.Honestly, i'm giving doordash more of a try and hopefully uber eats in the future.But i'm gonna keep this one at a wide berth.Until they show that they need more drivers.I'm just gonna stick with doordash for the time
You need to stop getting my location when Im not available. Youre using my data for no good reason. If I turn off notications, there is no override for alerts so you will then silently send me offers. FIX THE APP BEFORE ADDING NEW STUFF TO IT

they just cut my delivery are to 1/5th what it used to be. I thought at some point they would actually expand my delivery are since I rather deliver anywhere but the city, now I am secluded to the Metro City area. whoever made this decision needs to be fired. this apps make stupid decisions without any input from the actual drivers, see us as disposable, I wonder if we can organize and make few demands here, specially revert this dumb and very stupid decision. why would you cut my market?
How do you have to download the app to sign up as a Driver, just so it can go back to the same Webpage with an "Error Message"! Definitely would not recommend.
I signed up for grubhub back in 2023 and Im still in the waiting list till this day, but after going through the reviews I'm glad I didn't get hired, the comments saved me from this app.
Every update makes this app even more useless. New update requires taking photos of the food before pickup for some reason, and the vast majority of the time they won't upload, essentially making me waste time for an arbitrary function that serves no purpose and the app just decides not to upload or connect to network even though every other app on my phone is working fine just this stupid crud that nobody can program correctly buggiest app I've ever had the mispleasure of using
it constantly notifies me that it's marking me as unavailable and/or ending my block since "they haven't heard from me in awhile" this keeps happening during active deliveries and messes up my stats and pay.
on a wait list for months finally get through went to put my info in and I get a message saying they are unable to move forward. never had a issue of any sort with uber doordash or insta cart.
grubhub and lyft should be banned from massachusetts for it's unfair treatment of the drivers. Inaccurate etas.
signed up provided all legal documents and my legal name shows incomplete. you have my social security number, my driver's license, my banking account number and routing number. you collect all this and then my account is stuck unable to verify my Correct debit card number because my drive profile show first Middle. this is happening to many people. I delivered but I can't access funds. my earnings. why was my last name left off my account . I can't do anything.first middle last.
very inhumane and inconsiderate..rarely listens to drivers' concerns, only endless apologies with no compensation. customers make orders and cancel at will when driver has traveled all the way to pick up point and no compensation,reason if customers cancel order before you pick no matter how many miles driven to pick up point you can't be compensated because you didn't make to pick before customer canceled. pissed off.

thinking about deleting my account because it's not worth having or doing deliveries before you can even use the money you earn you have to do 14+ orders before even getting paid

With this app you will work your tail off, the app will mess up and glitch, then you get punished! Every time the app messes up I call driver support, they say they note it and send it to the higher-ups, nothing happens, then they say there's nothing they can do about the app, then you're rating decreases and you don't get paid. They don't do a thing to help you! Worthless! DELETED!!!
