Recently I get a message to update to new app. Done this several times and cannot get access as it keeps giving a message to update. Also adds my phone to app every time I try log in. Unable to log in with fingerprint
This app is not user friendly for non-Spanish speaking/reading clients. Yes you can change the language to English, but as soon as you need help through Conecta chat function everything is in Spanish. Also, finding fiscal information seems impossible. I cannot use a "search" using a "magnifying glass" in the app to find what I need. The info from help desk does not cover my problem. And 1 more thing, when you click on Personal Details, the app connects you to Personal Data Processing!!
I downloaded this app from the Google Play store, but my OS is not Android. The app says it doesn't appear that it was downloaded with Google Play and closes automatically. I don't appreciate being required to have an Android OS just to use the app for my bank account. I can't approve purchases, I can't send via Bizum, the app won't open at all. REMOVE THIS RESTTICTION AND STOP YOUR COMPLACENCY WITH GOOGLE'S MONOPOLY!
This app always takes ages to allow me to type in my details. The keyboard never appears. And if I forget my password which is normal as we have hundreds of them, it is impossible to reset it without going into the bank. The app asks me for a username which I don't know. It asks me for my credit card details and I don't have a credit card. It is a company account so we don't have a credit card. Most frustrating !
Horrible app. Have persevered for 2 years and can understand why everytime I log in it throws me out even halfway through transactions. I have had to uninstall it and now access via website. Ridiculous. Then number of times I have had to go to my branch to deal with matters that I can do via app or even the website is ridiculous.
La app es catastrófica, como la banca online de Cajamar, simplemente no se puede utilizar. Si necesitan operar por internet, olviden Cajamar... y si tienen que operar desde el extranjero, entonces es simplemente imposible. La peor experiencia, de lejos. Le doy una estrella porque no se puede poner CERO.
La peor app bancaria que he utilizado. No funciona casi nunca y es muy difícil contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente. Además, me han bloqueado la cuenta sin ninguna comunicación o justificación, y llevo días intentando contactar con alguien que pueda solucionar el problema. Aún no puedo realizar pagos, hacer transferencias ni recibir mi nómina y ni si quera me han dado una actualización al respeto. ¡Cambiaré de banco lo antes posible!
Llevo 2 años usando esta aplicación. He tenido una gran cantidad de problemas, no solo al iniciar la aplicación, sino a frecuentes parones por "mantenimiento". Voy a darle 1 mes de oportunidad, si sigo teniendo problemas, me cambio de banco.
Sin lugar a dudas, la peor app bancaria que he usado jamás. Apenas funciona, cuando funciona. No hay excusas para la baja calidad de esta aplicación. Gracias por la respuesta, sería ideal si me respondieran así de rápido por la aplicación. Por ejemplo, he tenido un problema para hacer transferencias esta semana (7 de abril 2024) y he pedido ayuda. 24 horas más tarde he tenido que dejar de esperar respuesta y buscar alternativas para mover el dinero. Ahora mismo la app no funciona en absoluto.
The worst banking app I've ever used (including Lloyds, Sabadell, Revolut, Wise, Halifax, Paypal). I log in and for a split second I'm in my account, then it throws me out and asks my to login again. On repeat. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Makes no difference. It's a gamble if it will let me in. A huge time waste. And when I'm in, if I spend too long without doing anything, it'll log me out without asking if I want to continue. Garbage!
Muy mal hecho, cada vez muestra que tiene mensajes pero no encontré, casa vez falla con acesso, mas otras cosas que no funcionan. Lamento ((

Incompatible con dispositivos rooteados, si te dedicas a desarrollar apps no puedes usarlo. Una basura.
La banca electrónica se cierra en medio de alguna operación, y al asociar tarjeta al pago móvil da error, y el soporte no es capaz de dar una solución, no recomiendo esta entidad para nada.

Absolutely dreadfull, extremely slow, not reliable, the worst banking application I ever deal with. CAJAMAR should get some procesionals to make a proper one for them. Totally agree I can't even transfer money it's giving me an error.
El peor servicio y applicacion y atencion al cliente que he visto en mi vida. Horrible!! Me han blokeada la tarneta sin aviso y ahora estoy en estrangero y no puedo acceder a mi dinero porque la tarjeta si encuentra deactivada y noy hay segundo ellos ninguna otra forma ...que yo pague el vuelo y me desplaze a Espana acudir a una oficina. Horrible una verdadera verguenza y los agentes que te debrian ayudar te colgan la llamada y te pasan con una gravacion . No lo aconsejo el peor.

cajamar, es el ladron, hace unos años el personal del banco me obligaron a ayudarme a abrir una cuenta online, ahora 125 euros en la cuenta directamente congelados, fui a la oficina 8 veces el personal me dijo que esto es una cuenta online, solo se puede contactar por telefono, el problema es que el telefono es un robot para contestar, ¡mentiroso!

Transferencia instantánea no funciona. Tuve que usar otro banco. Bizum falla la mitad de las veces y tengo que repetir. Un desastre de aplicación. Ojalá, a parte de bonita e intuitiva, fuera útil. Es una aplicación bancaria, no Instagram!
Pésima experiencia con la app, firma móvil deja de funcionar, intento todo en la web sin resultados, llamo y no me atienden. Acudo presencialmente para que me recomien desinstalar y volver a instalar... Deficiente atencion al cliente, cambio la contraseña y la app dice que es incorrecta. No recomiendo esta app y por contra este banco. Muy insatisfecho, mi tiempo vale lo sificiente como para no perderlo en una entidad que no se preocupa ppr sus clientes.
Thier Internet banking system asks you to use symbols in your password. The updated app doesn't allow symbols in the password. So now you can't log in or approve a password change using the app...
Desde la última actualización, no permite pulsar el botón de acceder si tu contraseña es segura y contiene símbolos. ¿Debo cambiar mi contraseña y hacerla más insegura? ¿O hay pensado algún parche para arreglar esto? Gracias.
Despues de iniciar session me cierra la session i dice que ha sido cerrada porque llevo demasiado tiempo inactivo...
Sigue siendo una app mediocre, no me deja hacer ni transferencia ni bizum a veces, y por decir a veces quiero decir cuando lo necesito, y cuando falla me dice que no tengo movimientos en los últimos 30 días, o sea más flipante no puede ser. En fin, es para cambiar de banco, no puede ser que cuando necesitas a tu banco te falla

It won't open - for 2 days
I have logged in and tried to transferr my money and it has blocked my account because I have not used my account for some time, when I try to contact customer service from all the numbers detailed, it is impossible for anyone to answer!! To say it has 24hr help it does not happen, left me angry and upset with the bank

falla siempre cuando necesitas pasar dinero, pagar con bizum u otras operaciones. Te hace perder el tiempo. Es lamentable la efectividad que tiene. A parte de eso es fea y con pocas funciones visuales.
Everytime I want to use it,it asks for my logging credentials (password and username). I've tried to use my finger print and it won't recognize it but other apps do. Fix this please.
La app lleva más de 3 días fuera de servicio por lo que no se puede hacer nada: mandar bizums, recarga tarjeta eshopping, mirar saldo, etc todo está parado. Replanteando seriamente la posibilidad de cambiarme de banco solo por los fallos que da la App de Cajamar...
Las notificaciones han dejado de funcionar en mi A51 y la aplicación sigue fallando. Noté que en la configuración de la aplicación junto al campo de permisos, falta la opción de notificación y ahora aparece debajo de las aplicaciones del sistema y está oculta. Intenté activar la notificación pero se apaga sola.
El app no funciona. Keeps crashing, hace dos meses o más que el app no funciona bien. No more notifications for transactions or saldo diario. Porfa, lo arreglad. Gracias.
Is the worst banking app i have ever seen in my life not only banking app but apps in general how can a new client use the app without an option to get in and keep saying we have sent you the code to get in and the code never arrive and looking forward to close my cajamar account and transfer to another bank because without the app i can't go with this bank and all there process are very slowly they will send you a text saying that your credit card will arrive in ten days but also never arrive
Everything on this bank revolves around having a debit card (change passwords, difficulties login in, etc) If for any chance your use case involves that you don't need a card this is not a bank for you
This app is rubbish
Unintuitive app. When returning from viewing details of a specific transaction you are returned to the top of the list of transactions instead of the position in the list of the transaction you were viewing. This forces users to scroll a LOT. Constant problems with this bank and will be closing my account soon.
