Wrost Application... Very Slow Service
pickup point and dropping point is not available in gsrtc service.this sentence shows me when I booking bus.
Very pain full in new application as they remove the bus track feature. Enable it again to track the bus feature.
બસ બારી પર થી કોઈ વસ્તુ જેમ કે રૂમાલ, પાણી ની બોટલ દ્વારા સીટ રોકવી એ કેટલી હદ સુધી યોગ્ય ગણાય અને જો બસ કંડક્ટર ને આ બાબત પર વાત કરવી તો બસ ના ડ્રાઈવર અને કંડક્ટર એવું કહે કે એ અમારો પ્રોબ્લેમ નથી અને આ રીતે સીટ રોકે તેનું સમર્થન કરવુ યોગ્ય નથી અને જો આ બાબત પર વાત કરવી એ કંડક્ટર ની કામ માં દખલગીરી ગણવામાં આવે અને ઊલટા જે સવાલ કરે તેને જ કંડક્ટર ના કામ માં દખલગીરી ના નામે પોલીસ ધમકી મારવી યોગ્ય નથી ...તો આ ઉમ્મીદ છે GSRTC આ બાબત પર ધ્યાન આપે અને નાગરિક કી સુવિધા અને સેફ્ટી ને વધારે સારી બનાવે..

the worst experience in gujrat state bus no punctuality bad staff behaviour highly recommend didn't chose this service no hygiene rude staff unqualified receptionist never ever travel in gsrtc bus.
