Skip this app if you did ANY basic research on where you're going, or you will find a lot of the content boring. Only a fraction of the drive time is occupied by audio content, so most of the time you're waiting for brief bits of info that are NOWHERE close to what you'd get from a tour guide. (I used it in Hawaii: Oahu and Maui. There was a lot of time without narration, and a lot of it was about basic landmarks I already knew about.)
Worthless contents, e.g. "Make sure you take good photos, from different angles too." Duh.. why am I paying for this?
4 tiny episodes- don't pay for this
I had a great experience using the audio tour for Yellowstone and the Rocky Mountains - it was engaging, informative, and really added to the trip. Unfortunately, my experience with the Calgary/Banff and Montana sections was quite the opposite. Instead of an enjoyable tour, it felt like a constant reminders about what you shouldn't do. There were only a few fun or interesting stories, and the rest came across more like correctional-institute rules than a travel experience.
crater lake. I feel ripped off that I paid 20 for this tour. I have the west bundle and I should have been able to upgrade. I enjoy the tours but not for 20 for a few descriptions. we were told incorrectl turns.
Removing a star as no one reached out. Not nearly as good as Just Along but adequate. GPS positioning was glitchy, found the narrator voice overly folksy to the point of parody and most importantly it didn't talk much at all about what we were seeing. Did do a good job of telling backstory and history unrelated to a GPS point. Also had relatively few talking points and route only went one way. Just Ahead had different talking points going to and from. Would not buy again.
