Ad says it's free. it's not Response: you know what you did with the ads. It's scummy and unprofessional.
overcomplicated mess. Imagine just trying to track a single work out...impossible. you can't add beginner exercises like half push ups and can't just add a one off session of them either.
yeh NOT great. creates a personalised work out for you.. but you can't actually see it or use it without giving them money.. soooo it not free ...

I picked monthly, and the app charged me more than I expected, so be careful when using this. I selected the monthly $3 option, but they charged me for the whole year.

I hate when the app keeps me asking for rating. It is too annoying, even when you've already checked "don't show me again"

BUT the new version they've recently launched is laggy. When navigating through the list of exercises it lags several times, making it really frustrating to use. Hope they fix it soon, because it's currently not worth paying for.
not great. found that you can't set it default to specific set of equipment and that you can't input limitations to your body. this app automatically assumes that you have necessary equipment when all I have if myself are TRX bands kettlebells ranging for 5 lb to 35 lb and that's it. now I do understand that this is for people that actually have more equipment and a gym but I was hoping for something different.
I am disappointed to report that the exclusive workouts, a feature I have valued as a premium user for several years, are no longer available within the application.
