my friend recommend me, Richmond location, went there, ask for trial, the guy at reception desk charged 31$ for trial. while the guy who recommend me told me it will be 3 days trial free and he got that as well before going for 1 month subscription. I end up paying full month which is 75$ and joining club is 50$ because for 1 day trial is almost half of monthly subscription. I am canceling services next month. they just looking to take your money nothing else. better find some other gym.
Used this on vacation. Join a local gym and they use it. It will not let me login to my local one just to the other

I wanted to get some day passes for a gym while I'm on vacation. The gym says to get this app. It wants a QR code for the gym, I don't have that. I can search for the gym but only by enabling my location...? I know the name and location of the gym, which is 1k miles away, but nope, can only search by proximity to my phone for some dumb reason. One star, uninstall, will pick a different gym.

I can't login any more. The app randomly logged me out and I have changed my password several times but no luck login in. Unsure what to do, I can't sign up for any of the gyms classes which is such a pain.
Problems to login
The automatic payments are incredibly annoying. This is not the US, money is not easy to come by in Nigeria. Customers should be well notified before hand and given the option to pause the payments.
My login is not recognized even after resetting my password. I receive the reset password link in my email and can log in on a browser, but I can not sign in on the app
App keeps logging me out and not recognising my username/password. Have changed password multiple times but it doesn't update on the app. My password reset registers on the web portal fine but I can't check in to my gym using that.
Won't let me update any measurements for months now 😒 pretty critical part of the app if you're trying to measure success of progress

I've always liked this easy-to-use app but for the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to sign in, rendering it useless. I miss being able to use it to check in, especially, along with the calendar feature. Additional: When I try to log in it says I have the incorrect email or pswd but I can access my online account just fine so that is not the problem. I have tried resetting the pswd and I also uninstalled/reinstalled the app but that didn't fix it, either. Thanks for the help!
App has become unusable, couldn't login for a day, and now I can login but all my information is reset, and I can't book any classes...
