Just bought this watch, it's lovely but I can't use it because of the app. I can't even sign up.
I do love smartwatch but you leave your phone in another room, it disconnect your from app. You uninstall and install constantly. I wish they would fixed that.

can't force close the app
worked for about two weeks and now won't connect to watch. there are usable instructions for troubleshooting.
Connected easily but never transferred readings to phone tried various combinations gave up in the end sent watch back for a refund.

Hi, why did it work in the background all the time when we are not using any smartwatches and need to stop this all the time but it's not stopping the app usages. Does anyone look into this issue The app is working all the time in the background and this sucks the all battery any idea what to do with this.?????????
unable to sign up. The app doesn't recognize my password. I've tried to create a password several times and there is a bug in the app.
Doesn't count steps correctly at all. I wear smart watch with Fitbit and Fitbit watch counts every step taken while smart watch and app skips steps since the day I got the watch and app
glocose readings are never accurate
The Dial Face Gallery can't download anything. It always shows "retry" even when the connection is strong.
I would rate this five stars😊 but for the dial when you have an option to pick a picture from your gallery to become your dial it doesn't work! 😡please fix this !😠
do not concoction my watch
An option to lock the face from within the app would be nice for everyone with a rotating crown regardless of watch I think. Also, an option of analog / round watchfaces with hours, minutes & second hands for creating a custom / personal watchface would be great for people with round watches - for instance only having the choice of a digital clock just sux on a submariner style watch!!
Worst app in history. Just trying to restart the phone. app can't handle that. without surrendering all my personal information lies.
constantly disconnects itself, logged me out now it won't let me log in whatsoever. doesnt even let me sign up again or anything it literally doesnt recognize that i have the required characters in there.
It used to work for over a year that I've had the watch but no longer connects to the watch after the latest update.
Junk
Blood glucose and Scientific Sleep does not activate on setting function Health Monitor. Very unhappy about this is there updates that can fix this problem.

the watch keeps on disconnecting whenever I load a watch face it says oops an error has occurred" its very annoying. I tested the workout app and I removed it from my wrist and it still works when it is not on my wrist... although it is water proof but it is a little bit weird how water doesn't come in
I bought it for sleep data and it doesn't show any data the next morning. idk how to fix it but that was the main reason I bought the watch. Will probably return it to Amazon.
Have attempted again to use the app. I mainly purchased for BP monitoring. Have yet to have a BP reading after 3 weeks of wearing.

Trouble shooting connecting device when It has connected before
suddenly stopped connecting to my android phone and I have been unable to solve
I've had this watch/app for a few years. All of a sudden the watch keeps disconnecting from the phone/app or vise versa. Thankfully I still have the guide that came with the watch so I can easily reinstall. It's just a annoying. I think it needs an update. So manufacturer's please fix the glitch. When you do update can you add stationary bike to the workout tab.
It's a easy to understand app and has an abundance of usages but it takes too long to reconnect and it disconnects too frequently for example mine disconnects after 2 days if i don't open the app . Another thing is that you cannot check basic data or change something without it fully reconnecting and finishes reading the data .
The app doesn't stay connected to my watch, I have to turn my watch on and off periodically to have it connect for the sleep, blood pressure, and heart rate, plus I've never seen an update since been using the H Band app.

Watch works well, but the app doesn't work. It constantly disconnects from the watch. When you open the app, the watch says it is connected, but the app will just spin "connecting." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, and then the app tells me the network is unavailable and refuses to let me log back in.
