This app avoids customers' feedback and requests for help by not adding the contact us section directly onto their app. instead, they want you to go all the way to their facebook/instagram page just for you to contact them. what a bullshit tactic to avoid responsibility from your users. also include a review section for your products so your other customers can know how shitty some of your products are.

Seemingly great app, but the vibration on every click on the app is very annoying. And there is no way to stop it. Please remove that and allow it as an option if people need it.
I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered several items and returned 5 articles together. I received separate return pickup confirmation emails for all 5 items, along with tracking IDs showing that all of them were successfully delivered to the warehouse. While I have received refunds for 4 of the items, the app is not even showing the return status for the 5th item, and no refund has been issued yet. It has already been 20 days since the return.
very bad experience.I had returned products with Hm tag through delivery limited after a month they are saying me that they had received non H and M product so they are not going to refund .I lost my money and also the products .
Disfunctional at best. Terrible interface, and cannot access coupons at all. Though I guess they're just phasing out any reason to be a member 🤷♂️
I had the worst experience with the H&M app I placed an order and got no updates even after the delivery date passed I had to check multiple tabs and their delivery partner site to see it was delayed over 10 days with no attempt or notice Customer service blamed the delivery partner and asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours but still nothing Later they said refund will take around 14 days after return but there is no tracking or updates This was very frustrating I do not recommend using the H&M app.
Can't navigate this new layout. I don’t want to look at "new in" "minimalist" etc. I'd like to navigate so say tops or jeans, for example. I gave up trying.

Very disappointing experience with H&M. I prepaid ₹2167 for 6 items, but they never arrived. The order was returned without any delivery attempt or prior notice, and I only received a refund email later. Earlier too, I received only 2 out of 3 T-shirts ordered. Now I see only ₹998 refunded out of ₹2167. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!. I expect the remaining refund IMMEDIATELY and an explanation for these repeated issues. SCAMMERS!!!!!
😂😂😂 H&M tycker nu att de har så känslig information i sin app att man inte får ta screenshots på produkterna längre????? Det är större chans att mina vänner tittar på mina screenshots jag tror de är intresserad av och väljer att köpa något, än att de ska behöva klicka in sig på tio delade länkar.. Om det nu är poängen med denna urdumma anti-användarvänliga design.
Awful app, horrible browsing experience because it doesn't save your spot. It automatically rolls to the top every time you click on a product. Garbage.
they are big cheaters,I would recommend never shop online on h&m,I placed an order of 23000rs,out of which 22500rs parcel was delivered,they sent another parcel with remaining 1 product of amount 500rs in a package mentioning 23000rs again!!when i bought it to the customer care service notice ,the executive instead of giving a sensible solution told me to pay 23000 rs again and she will raise concern to the team after i pay ,they try cheating and fooling their regular customers this way!

Do not buy any non-H&M items! Especially do not buy any rugs!!! If you have to return something like a rug they totally scam you and don't refund you. I lost 150 Euros and I called 6 times and submitted a complaint online 4 times and even with Klarna and did not get my money back. They scam you out of your money and lie to you about having to "contact the third party seller" every time you call even though they said that last time. My order was in December and still no money back in March.

I am so disappointed with H&M, my order was canceled without my consent and although I sent my complaint in email no efforts were made to reply back my email and to attend to my complaint.

Please fix this! When I search something and then click on something that I like, and once I hit the Back button it takes all the way to the top and I have to scroll down down to get to the point where I stopped. It gets pretty annoying if you by accident click on something and then press Back, then you have to start your search all over again. Most of the time I lose patience and close the app.
It's really bad, and the list of reasons is longer than fits here. A product will be showing as available, but you won't be able to add it to your bag. You'll need to try multiple times, switch to a different size, before you pull it off. What should be the core funtionality is not working properly. If you try to check store availability, forget it. Despite all of their competitors having that option, H&M doesn't (and when they did, it didn't work). Overall, barely functioning.

Bad delivery experience. Didn't get delivery in "expected" time of a week.
I love the products but there is one problem,I ordered some tops and the size was inappropriate,so I applied for a return they told me twice that they will collect my parcel but ¹st time I was not home I tried to call but delhivery didn't respond and the ²nd time they didn't even cameand cancelled the return ,I called and also sent emails to h and m but no one replied this is very inappropriate. I request to pick up my return.They cancelled my pickup for return twice now and I hate there service
Keeps wiping my basket when I'm trying to keep it saved for payday, super annoying.
After the app renewing my yearly membership, ALL my Garment Collection vouchers disappeared immediately, even though they had not expired yet. This has already happened twice, and there seems to be no way to recover them. Please review my account history and resolve this issue!
My German is not great and I am unable to change the language or take screen shots so I can translate the text making it very difficult to navigate. please make this easier!
