very bad app not working always there is a problem while im checking out to pay
It doesnt have an English language option if you are in Hungary, doesnt support google translate, i can probably use it for practicing my Hungarian. Also even after having a membership it doesn't log your in store purchases, in 2026 these are basic features in an application which this doesn't have

I returned an item and didn't receive a refund. I got an email acknowledging they received the item and I would get my money back within a few days, but I never did.
Horrible UI and poor responsiveness. App is not at all smooth and convenient to use. Tech team could hire better people. Scrolling down after checking out each item from wishlist/ cart is such a pain.
useless delivery tracking. there are statuses "sent" and "delivered", but there is no status "ready for pickup". so I need to check email to know when to go to the post office, 2 days package is in post office but app status is "sent" :(
not able to change my location despite changing the country on the play store and clearing the cache.

What a disappointing experience. Why is the region locked? People move to different countries for work, study, or personal reasons, and the app becomes practically unusable when they do. A global brand should provide a smoother account and region transition process. In its current state, the application is not very useful for customers who relocate internationally.

app thoda simple banao, pata nhi kya app banaye ho tumhi ko bas samjh me aaye kya, na koi details hain customer ki, meri I'd pehle bhi bann chuki hain aur maine purchase bhi kiya tha, uska koi track record hi nhi hain, na login kar pa rha, email type karna pada, new password banana pada jabki meri I'd already bani hui thi, sharafat se app ko natural design karo tabhi customer shopping kar payenge, paisa paani ki tarah baha do, par chiz badhiya rakho, did you guys get that what am trying to say.

The shopkeepers and the security in H&M Cornavin were so damn horrible!! They treated us very bad!!!
item was on sale online, but regular price in store. I had to purchase on line and pick up in store the next day as they're in store price was different. They need to do better with their ridiculous policies!

30 - 45 day's to get a refund is ridiculous! Never buying again.
The search function is horrible. If I want to search for glass cups it doesn't find them, it will show earnings. if I click to shop in Home, there's no way to sort by sub category. Useless.
this app sucks and the service sucks too. their designs and quality sucks too do not trust the pictures they're just studio lights and editing skills and then you apply for a return and trust me on this you'll never get your refund back instead they'll keep asking you to wait and once the waiting period is done they'll ask you to contact the bank manager because they don't want to give you your money back. y'all are thieves keep sucking up other people's money.
Yesterday it was very difficult to pay, it kept me in a loop to verify my identity, I tried with debit card and paypal. Today finally I could pay using Paypal but it was a nightmare I visited a H&M shop in Ealing Broadway trying to order from there but they can't do anything, they said I need to contact customer service.
