I’ve been trying to contact your support team for the last 3 days but haven’t received any proper response. Due to glitches in the app, we couldn’t use the service and lost our monthly credits, which is completely unfair. Also, an automation package was purchased without our permission because our card details were saved. We emailed almost 5 times and already shared our UID, but still no solution. Very disappointed. Please restore our lost credits or refund and cancel the unauthorized purchase

you can pay around 65 for a three day trial and then after that it didn't even last for one day and they charge me a monthly fee, and it has no refunds...💢 it didn't even warn me about that perched and the refund. one more thing is that it wasn't accurate, not even close to the thing I want to generate.

This is such a useless app! I paid initially for just 3 days. Then without notification, they just abruptly charged me for the whole month subscription fee and the later I saw that the subscription expiry is the next day! I haven't even seen the paid credits reflecting in my account and nor have I fully used this app. I need a refund! I haven't even created a min of a video. This is such a rip off!

paid for 3-day trial $3.69 the next day they charged me $38.45 which did not show up on my Google Play history payments so now they've taken money & Google won't help, I can't even dispute it on my cash app card cause it's stays pending even though they took the money and I guess they've figured out how to get away with taking people's money. Don't download this app, don't do the trial, don't give them your card information. They Will take money off your card you can't get back & didn't approve
