I have tried 3 times to email support to CANCEL my subscription but the email they tell us to contact support does NOT WORK...This application doesn't allow you to change your hairstyle like you like to see if something works on you before you go to the hairdresser...CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION EFFECTIVE 5/6/26... I suggest you NOT TO GET THIS !!!!!

this sucks I'm not gonna lie. all of them were premium and the rest failed miserably.
I tried to change my hair but this app would not stop taking me to the free trial which I don't want to do! This app also asked me to rate it asa ( as soon as) i opened it I'm like I haven't even got to the first step don't ask so soon. stay away from this app it's shady!

It keeps taking my money but I still can't try on the chosen hair style. It chooses 4 styles that were all short. I wanted medium and I chose the style but it comes back with no changes

Not a single clue ab this app yet. Upon opening the app for the first time, and after closing the upgrade to premium & unlock all features for $9.99/month page, another box pops up asking me to leave this review & I would gain full access to their hair style filters, whatever that may be. So I decided to leave this review first so I can gain that access & hopefully it's so good I rush back to update & correct this review & # of stars given. [ However, If no update is made, this review stands ]

This app is forcing a rating before I've even had a chance to use it! One star for that.It really bothers me when they force a rating. I love giving ratings when an app is great or terrible, but let me try it first! 😤

Terrible... I signed up for the free trial, there is no where in the app to cancel. I gave feedback and emailed them, the still charged me after the free trial.
waited 45 minutes for my picture to complete the "profile" and nothing! such trash
yuck! I was looking for hairstyle options. very few options, or at least I couldn't find them. and the options were gross!

I feel like it was a scam. I tried the free trial, was waiting for my generated results for hours when it said it would take 25 minutes. then when I tried to go to the app to check it would not let me open the app and it was archived on its own. when downloaded it looks completely different and its called Cosmo.
