customer service is horrible.
I downloaded Halara by an add that shows plus size clothing. what an absolute joke! 3 dresses, 3 jumpers, 5 shirts. that was it. having a bust bigger that 108cm will just say above that and that's basically the limit.
ordered $350 worth of stuff. 5 weeks later it's still "packing". I canceled the order.
Customer service is lacking. They dont understand what the problem is woth my order. My order has been in my town and then left and has now traveled around my state for 10 days. Currently it is out for delivery in a town 70 miles from me. All they say is wait another 10 days to report an issue.

Keeps crashing. Doesn't give the discount it offers if using the app for the first time either.
poor business practices. they put out cryptic discount codes that always say you need to add more to the order. super long deliveries, and they won't do sizing exchanges.

Cannot track orders
ZERO STARS Do not order from this company. They stole almost two hundred dollars from me. I never received my order and their chat stopped responding to me. There's no number to call. I can't get any refund. They're a fraudulent company.
There is no record of an order I placed where I need to do a return, even with the official order number and email from Halara. App has total amnesia. Total BS
They are ok when taking your money but using their Credit Note they drop the ball and I've waited 4 weeks for the package to arrive and it's still not here. Very disappointing this time around.

Hard to return goods
no customer service. the chat went on for over an hour with no response. I ordered items on 3/11 . it has been over two weeks and still shows processing. one of my items was a pre-order and I wasn't aware. already paid the credit card bill and I have no time line of when it will ship. all the different selections lead me to the same pointless chat.
Terrible product/customer service!!! I noticed throughout the years Halara clothing becoming very cheaply made and often breaking. I ordered the Halara UltraSculpt™ Mock Neck Push-Up Long Sleeve, and the zipper broke off after trying it on once! The return policy is terrible! I am required to answer a bunch of questions including if the package was damaged and add pictures when I don't even have the package anymore! The problem is the product itself which was made very cheap!!! Do not buy!!!
Poor customer service in app. I asked to change the size of an item before it shipped, and the rep said they had an error in the system. I said I'd wait and try again, rather than getting a refund. My multiple attempts to contact customer service again have yielded zero response. It feels like shouting into the void.
Placed order after 10 days says order confirmed. Not pleased with your service.

Not happy that for some reason my entire order is delayed until April 28. No where did it say this while I was ordering. I just hit the speed up shipping button. Will see what that does. its already been 7 days and order is not even shipped.
Too hard to make a return
annoying constantly sending slerts
I love the products at first as they are really comfortable and stretchy. however having written them now for a couple of months I realise they are very thin, pick very easily and a pair I bought for my daughter are coming apart at the seam after minimal wear. so actually very disappointing quality as they are not cheap.
Way too big in the crotch. They are made like circus tents
