I downloaded Halara by an add that shows plus size clothing. what an absolute joke! 3 dresses, 3 jumpers, 5 shirts. that was it. having a bust bigger that 108cm will just say above that and that's basically the limit.

Customer service is lacking. They dont understand what the problem is woth my order. My order has been in my town and then left and has now traveled around my state for 10 days. Currently it is out for delivery in a town 70 miles from me. All they say is wait another 10 days to report an issue.

I ordered items on 3/11 . it has been over two weeks and still shows processing. one of my items was a pre-order and I wasn't aware. already paid the credit card bill and I have no time line of when it will ship. all the different selections lead me to the same pointless chat.

Terrible product/customer service!!! I noticed throughout the years Halara clothing becoming very cheaply made and often breaking. I ordered the Halara UltraSculpt™ Mock Neck Push-Up Long Sleeve, and the zipper broke off after trying it on once! The return policy is terrible! I am required to answer a bunch of questions including if the package was damaged and add pictures when I don't even have the package anymore! The problem is the product itself which was made very cheap!!! Do not buy!!!

I love the products at first as they are really comfortable and stretchy. however having written them now for a couple of months I realise they are very thin, pick very easily and a pair I bought for my daughter are coming apart at the seam after minimal wear. so actually very disappointing quality as they are not cheap.
