I bought three pair of pants as gifts. I tried to return them three times. No luck. I contacted customer service. The representative said he would help me. He did not. I have 100.00s worth of pants that are in the original packaging that have never been worn. Buyer Beware

I've been waiting for 3 weeks with no update. apparently 1 item that is pre-sale, meaning they wait to make it until you order it, keeps the entire order from being shipped for who knows how long, even though they say 8-10 days.
don't expect your items until at least a month when I purchased my items it said only one of them was out of stock and on back order I ordered four products haven't received anything I will never order from them again if I ever get my items because this should not take this long for the one item that was marked out of stock I understand for the rest of the items it's absolutely ridiculous if I wanted to wait a month for my package I would have ordered from Temu.

This is the worst app I've ever used. Every time I would go to plug my phone in to charge it the Halara sign in screen would appear and wouldn't go away until I unplugged my phone I deleted the app thinking that would solve whatever phantom bug that downloading this app gave my phone, but no even after I've deleted the app. I still am having the same issue.
I think the prices are ridiculously high. Even the sale items are too expensive. 1 pair of jeans on sale for $54.99 that's crazy and not sale price. I've uninstalled the app and won't give a recommendation for this shopping app.

Return procedure is so complicated.
disappointed my order has not been delivered its been 4 weeks but the other order i placed a week later i have received it
app is not working properly. it says im logged out, but when I try to log in, it asks me if im sure that I want to log out. is shows my order but half of information is in different languages. Customer service can only be connected thru chat that is not working. the second I enter the chat, the app says I'm offline. They are not replying to my messages. I sent them an email and I hope they will answer. My order got lost after 3 weeks of pending delivery. Im never ordering again.
They say my purchase was delivered and I never did receive it.There is no one to help me out with this.I've sent multiple emails and still get nothing back.Do not do business with this company

False advertisement. They advertise BOGO but you do NOT get that discount!!!
I have bought 3 bags from them. The first two for work clothes, the prices were good and the clothes were decent. I just purchased a third bag and their quality has plummeted, I do not recommend. The prices have gone up if anything and in my last bag nothing was worth it and almost all of them had at least one crooked seam. They are so bad I will not be returning them because I don't want store credit as I will not be purchasing from here again.

There are no free returns. They make the return process on the app confusing and cumbersome. Once you get close to the end, you are advised the cost to return is your cost. You will also lose your discount, making all the other items higher in cost and therefore, not worth the cost of your return. Well done. Your business model is a really genius scam.
For the app only: I've ordered a couple of times and it was reliable, clothes were great and the return process absolutely worked for me. But the app keeps crashing after a few clicks, which is super frustrating. Please update this buggy mess. Google Pixel 10 Pro Android 16

Love the brand, but the App needs improvement. Too filled with constant ads and click-bate. Generally not easy to review past orders. Constantly says "you have no orders" and I need to restart the app to get them to show up.

However, my most recent order has presented significant challenges. Specifically, out of three leggings received, one exhibits a visible stitching defect. Despite multiple attempts to initiate a return and seek assistance from customer service, I have yet to receive a resolution.
