I have to constantly restart my phone to get the app to work. And then, we're expected to pay for it? Really?! I'm really considering canceling my subscription.
User since before 9.2023 after submitting feature requests, recommending to my entire network of RV'ers, and submitting 5-star reviews, the pay-wall for use forces me to reduce to 1 star.

Routes into "No-trucks" roads several times in 3 weeks already, onto questionable side road routes when there's an exit right next to destination, and suggests u-turns that really aren't feasible safe or legal.
bastards made me update and now they want to charge 5 a month. FU
garbage. only they want you to pay 7$ per/month.
nothing free about this app false advertisement. as soon as you choose a route they try charging you monthly or yearly. let me try it first.
"GPS signal lost" and taking us through narrow back roads dispite setting the route options to the contrary.
app keeps freezing and sometimes it takes awhile to update. cause me to miss a next.
after downloading i can only open the app the first time. anytime i open after the first it just buffers and wont load. i have to uninstall the app and re-download multiple times a day

This is the worst app I have ever used. They should introduce negative star ratings-I’d give it negative 15 stars! I paid for a subscription but was only able to use the app for two hours; after that, there were no updates and absolutely no service. In fact, they only respond via email-and even if you don't use the app for the full month (say, you only use it for 2 or 3 days), they still charge you for the entire month because their policy states that there are no refunds. It's unbelievable now that I made it a paid version it crashes all the time . it doesn't track routing properly. Feels like they decided to support it less with updates that make it a more smooth app. There is Extreme lag in response between gPS the cursor and the map. Is it worth $5 you decide.
had lots of issues with the app freezing and shutting down, now they want me to pay for a subscription? nope uninstalled from my phone, not gonna pay for something that don't work all the time. was better when it was free.
This app used to be free but now there's a mandatory subscription, but not worth it! its brought us on strange and unsafe pathways several times as a camper. For ex: recently we drove from VA to PA, and the app decided to bring us through a mountain state park on a one lane dirt road up and over the mountain. Why that was ever an option in the first place blows my mind when we found out from locals there were MANY other safe routes. You're telling me an 18-wheeler would have to go that way???
love this app, it features everything I would want in an app, but it disconnects my wifi which cuts out my android auto, music, and other apps I also use to help navigate with traffic and just convenience. shame that I'm paying for this. new issue since the last app update 3/13.

gps doesnt work. good application but gps doesnt work mostly. it doesnt update. other navigation apps working without any problem.

After they started charging the app freezes it doesn't work properly.
freezes constantly, works sometimes. most times it leads to places not even mention, self reset while driving not worth the $5 per month. after using this app for a month, I realized any CDL holder with less than 6 months of experience, is going to lose there license using this app. this app would be a great app to use if you were looking for closed bridges in the northeast. this app would be great in the state of PA. if you were looking for closed roads. STAY AWAY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
Bugs nonstop. Many CAT scales don't show up when you press the CAT scales filter button. I took the time to send a detailed email about it to this app support. Got a lazy answer that basically spinned me to someone else. Lazy people=no subscription money for you. Trucker path is way better. Deleted this app. Useless.

I loved it and works great but it has been getting bugged all the time and stop working suddenly

My subscription is still current, but the app is mostly useless now. Glitch, or an attempt to force another subscription level? Not sure, but app is terrible now.
freezes up to much especially when I need it most. what am I actually paying for if it's gonna freeze up? I'm on the latest update. why is it freezing occasionally? Google maps never freezes. any ideas?

the app will not update my location it leaves me where I last reached a destination and will not function properly. I would suggest not using the app
app needs alot of work. glitches, freezes, doesnt start gps from my location, or makes me get off the freeway to take 3 streets then hop back on THE SAME FREEWAY I WAS ALREADY ON. very dangerous.
the app runs behind nothing to do with your internet. the app runs really slow they have the right idea have to work on the app
it charges me monthly then charges me again so it's not $5.99 it's $12.
