While recharging my app wallet, the salesperson assured me that I could withdraw the remaining balance at any time. However, when I later requested a withdrawal, the chat support agent informed me that it was not possible. The app's UI is poorly designed-unnecessarily complex, confusing, and difficult to navigate. The invoice format is equally frustrating. It does not clearly display the final amount for each item, forcing users to manually calculate the totals themselves.

They deducted the money to fill the app wallet, but did not deliver the order. The same thing happened with one of my friends too. Extremely unreliable and untrustworthy.

My location was not serviceable still I was asked to download their app and add ₹200 in their wallet which is obviously of no use, didn't even give us chopper which they promised of...
Whoever designed this app, I honestly can’t imagine what they were thinking. The developer must have been a complicated one. Products were delivered to me without my knowledge, and now I’m scared to even use the app - who knows what I might accidentally click on without realizing it? To make matters worse, there isn’t even a cancel option. Can you believe that? Last but not the least, their customer care sucked to the core, i didn't have anyone to speak to in an emergency.
this is a fraud business, they increase the final bill at every order. it initially started with few bucks and gradually increased to a level that in every order they started overcharging 300-500 rupees in every order. I am not able to understand one simple thing if I added stuff worth 1000k in my basket and added 1000k in my wallet, how come after order delivery my balance is -500? contacted their support several times and never got any response.
hi don't ever order from this aap my experience was pathetic after ordering goods of 1200 these people are least bothered to delivered them.Also no one is responding. So give chance to some other competitor in market

Without having services, why do you start bothering people who have just explored. Need to understand that if they haven't and already unsubscribed to your first message that means, they are not interested. Please don't spam. First get funding, expand your business and then invest in marketing.

If I add items to the cart and check back after 20 minutes, all items disappear. I need to add items to the cart again, and there is no search option here. If I select my current location, it shows as not deliverable, but if I change the location to one 50 minutes away, delivery becomes available.
Need a lot of work on managing orders and application. For the last 2 days, I am trying to place order, but by morning, I am not receiving my order and surprisingly items are being removed from cart and neither being reflected in past orders. when you already show products as unavailable if you dont have them and show that delivery unavailable in case you dont have slots, why is it still orders placed are not getting delivered. There is no option to reachout to customer care either.
