This app is awful. Why can't I just look at the menu for my nearby store without 1) being signed into it and 2) the place being open? Also, in the past the menu on the app has not reflected limited time menu items. Why does the members thing need my phone number? Why isn't my email or social media not enough?

notifications send me coupons that disappear when I'm in the app. very much a bait and switch, false advertising, etc
Haven't been to my local Hardee's in Ninety Six SC for probably 4 or 5 months and I now no why. Made a mobile order so it would be clearly listed of my order details and they still got it wrong. 🤷
This app is clearly tracking you or stealing information or something.Not that I'm surprised they all do that, but this one I would always put my name down and saved it at something else and I would always use this name at the window, then all of a sudden 1 day, just today.I came through the window and they're like, oh, we don't have your order under that name.And i'm just like , oh , really interesting and then I give them my real name and they know that the app completely disregarded the name

Uninstalling and will not use again! *Response to developer: I filled out that form on date of occurrence. No response or followup was received. App has been uninstalled.
The app is not allowing me to log in and thia problem has existed for over a month edit: tried to report the problem. reciwvwd a dismissive response and was ignored when i sent followup information. and despite the rewpomse no one reached out and no attempts were made to make things right
abysmal app experience. ui is clunky as all hell, it breaks constantly, and half the offered offers and items aren't actually available despite being listed, so WHY SHOW THEM?!?!
app didn't even work at the Hardee's I went to and the owners or managers were there. didn't even offer to still take anything off. done with this app and Hardee's. the workers didn't even make anything right that I ordered.
because this app doesn't work in my area of gallia county ohio. be nice to actually be able to get rewards
I do not give you permission to alter my notifications sounds so im Deleting this app and won't be returning to Hardee's to eat. Thank you and have a nice day.

Was 10 minutes after breakfast time I rest my phone twice and still couldn't access the lunch menu. The only point of these apps is to save money and if it doesn't work why bother using it.
I don't like the proofs I'm human.
