the website says you get a free sandwich with downloading the app. there is no free sandwich showing on the app.
Why did I bother? My local Hardee's (and I only have 1) advertises in the windows about order ahead and use the app, so I download it and try to use it and they tell me they don't take it! So I try to use app feedback in app and website, only it doesn't work - conveniently. What a garbage rewards system! Blew the app away and I'll go anywhere but Hardee's now.
The app is not allowing me to log in and thia problem has existed for swveral months edit: tried to report the problem. reciwvwd a dismissive response and was ignored when i sent followup information. and despite the rewpomse no one reached out and no attempts were made to make things right updating despite claims in rrsponse they found my acvounr and resolved it the app refuses to let me log in inatead getting stuck in a loop. this problem has persisted for months and their unwillingness is cl

Since the last update, the app has logged me out and will not log me back in. If I uninstall the app, I can log in through the website - it's the only way I can still order online and use/earn my rewards. I have reinstalled several times and run into the same issue. After successfully verifying I'm human I get an error message reading "We are having trouble logging you in, please try again later" This has been an issue for a couple weeks at least. Rewards program is confusing. Earn stars but also redeem? Those are two totally different things. I cant just scan a receipt? Also unprofessional login UX when using Google to create account. It shows a long aws url and not their own domain or identity.
Horrible there is no bar code & nobody at the restaurant knows anything about the app & they have no cars which was part of the promotion..... Absolutely useless.
I added the discount code just like it said. App said "success!" But then it charged me full price. How do I get my money back? No options. I won't be eating at Hardee's again! They ripped me off for over $5.00.
just updated and all my star rewards disappeared and it says I now have 0. can't find a way to remove last update and now the app is running super slow. I also can't find A tab to contact customer service
