App doesn't apply discounts as it should. Also double orders sometimes.
Terrible Password Support; I been trying to get into my account but every time I try to use password forget, Hawaiian Bros Support wouldn't sent me an email... I can't use my phone number to make a new account neither which makes things worse for me cause I can't access my rewards
HB has changed all their ordering to keep you from subbing their mac salad with anything else. Nobody in my household likes it, so I guess they're pro-food waste. Not interested in giving business to a place that won't let me order what I'll actually eat.
Stop hassling me to turn on notifications every time I open the app. It's not happening. Take the hint or get uninstalled.
The old app layout was better... Also, it says I have "REWARDS DOLLARS" that expire on 4/3... Why such a short window to use rewards??? And it's only 50¢, so your app said exactly $0 in the rewards bucket. Got me worked up because I just spent 4 min clicking around trying to find the "DOLLARS" that your app promised in all caps. Got lucky and clicked the apply rewards button while it displayed $0, and it gave me 50¢. The food itself and staff are great. But 1 star for the app, for now.
Don't force me to use your app for orders if it doesn't work. Constantly getting a blank white screen trying to checkout.
absolutely horrible app. takes forever, forces a bunch of unnecessary information just to place an order. not at all worth all the effort to order food.
Your app has tip automatically selected by default. That is shady, you guys know exactly what you're doing, hoping people don't notice and tip anyways. Some people prefer to tip with cash
i'd love to use the rewards i supposedly have, but they're always greyed out and locked for some inexplicable reason. they're just sitting there waiting to expire because your app sucks.
can't get the app to work on my samsung phone, yet it works perfectly on my wife's samsung phone
Checkout process UI is broken, couldn't place my order
used to be a good app, but there was an update while I wasn't using it and they added 2 step verification which they activated on my account without even asking so now I'm locked out of my account cause the number is to my phone before last, won't be doing anything extra to gain access to my account I simply will never order Hawaiian Bros again.

My points have been stuck at 48 no matter how many times I order. After ordering today, my points balance went from 48 to 15. THIS APP SUCKS. Not to mention when you order through the app, stores will purposely give you less meat. Mo Bettahs is much better. Their app actually works and they dont give you less portions for not ordering in person.

Awful app. Looks like it was made by a high schooler. Font sizing is awful. All the dole soft serve just say DOLE SOFT SERVE with the rest cut off. When you select the pink one it says it is "Flavor 2". What does the number 2 taste like? The other says pineapple. They make MONEY off the data you provide them, BTW. How good is their soft serve that you'd give away your personal information? The page where you provide info REEKS of sloppy data handling, too. It's a data breach waiting to happen.

Unable to log in to the app or even place an order after a recent update on the app. So, I'm not ordering there today because of this issue. Great job, corporate office. Just lost a lot of business from everyone with the same issue.
I love the food, but don't order delivery they never get it right, forgot part of my order and they won't refund me, absolutely disgusting
I am a bit disappointed that my order was wrong it was 1 lg mixed plate and once I got home one ball of rice and no pasta salad and some meat. I could have looked inside the container before I left but it was only one meal so confusion shouldn't have taken place.
Only downloaded because of their false advertising post on Instagram which is bs. after it not honoring what post says canceled order ,deleted account besides unistalling . Last time I even start to order yet alone eat from them again. Hate dishonest, lying restaurants, stores, everything in general. I'll stick to Mo Bettahs, at least they honor their promotions .
Was supposed to get a free plate for downloading the app by May 9th but never received such offer only a free cone, that's it. Too little of food for the price.

The recent update doesn't allow you to substitute out the rice or mac for other options. However, you can do that in store. can you please fix this.
I dont want notifications from your app. it woukd also stand ti reason, that if i dont want notifications, i sure as hell dont want a pop-up every time the app tabs change asking me about turning on notifications. Lose a star for that. Quality and quantity of food in the container for a delivery order definitely less that if i had gone myself to get it, so i am being penalized for being unavailable, lose 2 stars for that. hawaiian bros is usually good food, but someone is slipping up.
Food/store is great, new app update is just bad. Font is hard to read, while also being too big to display full food names, instead resorting to the titles getting cut off with dots... Also navigation just became a nightmare compared to the old version. Are you trying to make this more difficult?

The food itself is absolutely delicious. That said, after the latest update to the app it doesn't actually let me order anything. It keeps telling me something went wrong. Very annoying. Please fix this issue if you want your customers to use your app.
