update on my review: 3 months to respond is crazier 🫠 when there is a technical issue there are no update and no one to contact to get any answers.

It used to be good! I have had this service for over 12 years and I have watched it decline. In the beginning it was great. now there is constant freezing, audio works with frozen vision or vice versa. Have contacted support no help at all. They don't care no response to emails. I'm waiting for another company to come along with the same shows until then I'm not continuing to pay for a service that doesn't work!
Not worth the monthly subscription cost: uploads of new episodes are always subject to errors with accessibility & functions.
They take your money then cancel your subscription. When you message to find out why, they don't respond. I was a loyal customer for many years and this is how they treat loyalty.
still sucks after the update. you still have to click down before clicking Ok to pause...vs every single app where you can just click Ok. massive design flaw.
this is the worst app I have ever used. ive had it for years and pay for this nonsense! it never works properly and they've got the cheek to increase the price! absolutely rubbish, as its down again this morning, and even if u contact suppost, they take days to get back to u, if at all, and nothing ever changes.

So poor, I'm on day two of not loading anything on the app screen, so paying for something I'm prevented access to. I'm sure that's not in line with consumer rights, shall be checking. App also doesn't respond to flipping the phone round so only plays at one rotation naturally the inconvenient one for if plugged in etc
why do we have to watch ads when we pay for subscription 🤔

keeps crashing
Easily the worst streaming service app I've used. The mobile version and Samsung TV version are both riddled with problems. Constant freezing and unable to track last viewed or episode progress are just two of the constant issues. Responses to previous reviews say they are working on solutions but nothing changes
hayu is none stop glitching
App is shocking! constantly crashes and is extremely slow, hard to navigate.
so glitchy it's almost unusuable
ongoing issues with play back, getting access to stream and playing on nest hub. has previously worked and now it's not. is currently the worst streaming app out in terms of functionality.
the agow keeps dropping out. i pay for a service, i expect to be able to watch it properly
Terrible app. Will never load on my phone or Smart TV. no trouble shooting or updates ever fix it.

Odd, previous review deleted. Scam app, harrassing emails when actually respond & told to stop. Years of paying for a glitch ridden, poor customer service and money grab. Don't bother. Find content elsewhere. **update** still being harassed with emails. Guess they don't like the truth and being told to shove it
It was going fine then I had to change my password and now I cant login. When I tried to contact support it told me to login so that was pointless. If I cant get access I will be canceling my subscription
So frustrating, I have needed to sign in on my TV 4 times tonight.

was great for about a 6 months now it wont even download so I can even watch it . waste of money renewing my subscription.
I never usually write reviews but this app is terrible. Most times Im trying to watch something, the app just cuts out. Even when I cast it to the TV, it just stops. When I try to load the app on my phone, it just does nothing so I have to close it out. To charge ppl for a streaming service, especially a new customer like myself and have so many issues is a problem. Ive noticed after I looked that a lot of other people have the same issues. I want to watch what im being charged for...
Why am I paying for this? The app constantly stalls. I won't be renewing my subscription.
keeps freezing, worst app
love hayu needs more docs liked snapped but love love love it well priced. I am getting frustrated I paid for a 12 month subscription August 2025 and it is saying I need to RENEW!@!
frustrating The app keeps telling me to 'renew' making it impossible for me to watch anything. My payments are up to date so not sure what's going on. I contacted customer support and it worked for a while today but suddenly stopped and saying I need to renew!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst streaming app there is. The user experience is terrible. Long load times, constant crashes, quits in the middle of episodes. Doesn't matter if you log out and log back in, or uninstall and reinstall the app. It's awful to use and doesn't function as it should.
app crashes constantly, makes me re sign in almost everyday. honestly terrible, only use it because it's the only legit place in the UK to watch housewives
Errors all the time taking you back to the home screen. When you want to easily access your show you are watching you have to go all the way near the bottom of the tv screen to "continue watching" which automatically plays from an older episode you have already watched and you're not given the chance to select another episode first it just plays from there. often glitches when scrolling home page so you can't get to where you want without force closing the app. poor form for a PAID service.

Horrible. randomly stopped working on my Samsung TV.
great when you can actually get it to work and not keep freezing through your program or not even loading. Happens on both tv's, sky and tab. they need to sort their issues if they're going to charge the same as Disney!!!
I love the shows however there is a playback error and then it asks me to renew even though my account is up to date like come on I just want to watch my shows
doesn't work at all on my new TV but it always required me to sign in usually at the most inopportune moments...like just sitting down to eat dinner...it no longer works on my PC so time to unsubscribe...irrit and time-consuming app
very annoying having to keep paying and then not getting the app working properly I'm seriously thinking of unsubscribining...
A waste of time. I've tried twice now to sign up but I just keep being met with "Finish sign up" even though when I try to do that it says I'm already registered. I won't try again. You've lost another customer due to poor platform development.
