I got locked out of my account saying my password isn't correct but when I try to reset it, I do not receive the email. I cannot contact the support service as you need to be on your account to even contact customers help. I just have paid for a 6months its so disappointing.
God darn dreadful app. Years of opportunities to fix but still the worst imaginable and content is getting worse too. Won't be renewing again

I keep getting the message that the JWT token has expired and it will not allow me to access any shows or my account settings etc. I have tried absolutely everything to fix this issue and I haven't had any resolutions.

Hayu quietly removed its catalogue of True Crime shows, which is the main reason I subscribed to that streaming service. I'm not going to renew my subscription to Hayu when the time comes for that reason.
Do not waste your money 💰 one of the worst app experiences I've had so far. The lagging and freezing is ridiculous. What is the point of having continued watching if it doesn't work? Won't be re subscribing any time soon.

Love the shows. BUT I have to uninstall it every time I want to binge it and reinstall. Hayu is the absolute worst app I have or have had. 3 times today. Twice yesterday. Absolute joke.
This is the worst, most glitchy app I have used ever. I never write reviews, but felt compelled to do so since this app is so bad. The only reason I still have it is because my wife wants content that she can't find anywhere else (the content is almost as bad as the app). My advise is to stay as far away from this app and it's content as possible.
Garbage
I have used it for yrs and enjoyed it but I have paid for the last month and have spent the last month trying to get access to it. I have email after email to hayu support with no results. they have been sent screenshots of my bank charge as well as my hayu acct and yet nobody can figure out applying it. I go round and round with support not actually fixing the problem and now I've paid for something I can't use. I just want my hayu again
Everytime I try to watch a newly released show, it won't play!!!!! uuuugggghhhhh... why am I paying for this?????
the most laggiest app on the planet. never works properly. always freezing & I have the fastest broadband ever. nothing else ever lags except hayu
We are paying a monthly subscription for an app that logs me out constantly. It is unacceptable to pay for a service from a provider that seems indifferent to the user experience. This level of service is honestly beyond my comprehension
rubbish. this app is seriously needing looked at and sorted as its a joke to charge people for an app that is always freezing, kicking you out, freezing your whole tv, playback messages randomly deleting your watch history i mean I could go on. FIX it then I might reinstall it and pay. shouldn't get 1 star.
update on my review: 3 months to respond is crazier 🫠 when there is a technical issue there are no update and no one to contact to get any answers.
Don't take money for the monthy & weekly subscription that you have been doing. Just took $20 last week & still can't renew cause it needs more money...even though I couldn't watch a thing!
very glitchy on Samsung TV, keeps freezing on opening and fails to load selection, have to constantly reinstall app. if it didnt have the shows I like I'd unsubscribe.
Video pauses and audio continues
It used to be good! I have had this service for over 12 years and I have watched it decline. In the beginning it was great. now there is constant freezing, audio works with frozen vision or vice versa. Have contacted support no help at all. They don't care no response to emails. I'm waiting for another company to come along with the same shows until then I'm not continuing to pay for a service that doesn't work!
Not worth the monthly subscription cost: uploads of new episodes are always subject to errors with accessibility & functions.
They take your money then cancel your subscription. When you message to find out why, they don't respond. I was a loyal customer for many years and this is how they treat loyalty.
still sucks after the update. you still have to click down before clicking Ok to pause...vs every single app where you can just click Ok. massive design flaw.
this is the worst app I have ever used. ive had it for years and pay for this nonsense! it never works properly and they've got the cheek to increase the price! absolutely rubbish, as its down again this morning, and even if u contact suppost, they take days to get back to u, if at all, and nothing ever changes.

The app is terrible! To pause, you have to select multiple buttons, to play again, multiple buttons.
So poor, I'm on day two of not loading anything on the app screen, so paying for something I'm prevented access to. I'm sure that's not in line with consumer rights, shall be checking. App also doesn't respond to flipping the phone round so only plays at one rotation naturally the inconvenient one for if plugged in etc
why do we have to watch ads when we pay for subscription 🤔

Easily the worst streaming service app I've used. The mobile version and Samsung TV version are both riddled with problems. Constant freezing and unable to track last viewed or episode progress are just two of the constant issues. Responses to previous reviews say they are working on solutions but nothing changes
hayu is none stop glitching
App is shocking! constantly crashes and is extremely slow, hard to navigate.

ongoing issues with play back, getting access to stream and playing on nest hub. has previously worked and now it's not. is currently the worst streaming app out in terms of functionality.

Odd, previous review deleted. Scam app, harrassing emails when actually respond & told to stop. Years of paying for a glitch ridden, poor customer service and money grab. Don't bother. Find content elsewhere. **update** still being harassed with emails. Guess they don't like the truth and being told to shove it
It was going fine then I had to change my password and now I cant login. When I tried to contact support it told me to login so that was pointless. If I cant get access I will be canceling my subscription
So frustrating, I have needed to sign in on my TV 4 times tonight.

I never usually write reviews but this app is terrible. Most times Im trying to watch something, the app just cuts out. Even when I cast it to the TV, it just stops. When I try to load the app on my phone, it just does nothing so I have to close it out. To charge ppl for a streaming service, especially a new customer like myself and have so many issues is a problem. Ive noticed after I looked that a lot of other people have the same issues. I want to watch what im being charged for...
Why am I paying for this? The app constantly stalls. I won't be renewing my subscription.
