For once in my life I would like to use this app without first having to update it

Doesn't actually give you a digital card
slow to load when changing details, and then fails to update asking to try again or call. much easier to just use the website

Terrible app I agree with others. Taking a photo of the documents on the phone to claim is next to useless. some invoices are so large you can't fit into the box, and some people just don't have the dexterity. There has to be a better way.
not able to sign in, open blank page
Seems to hate my phone. Have uninstalled & reinstalled and still keeps coming up with 'we're having trouble logging you in'. Useless!
disappointed in updates harder to login
Never had issues before but in the past few weeks I've been unable to log in to the app. I'm completely up to date. I'm happy to submit my claim via online portal later, but being unable to login defeats the purpose of having this app, hence the low rating. If this issue gets fixed I'll amend this review. (As of 27/08/25 still can't log in.)
After a recent update I can no longer log in. Whenever it tries to go to the authentication redirect it fails to display and if refreshed gives a 403 error.
app not working for a week, no notice at all. reinstalled still not working
after the update a few months ago I can not get into the app. goes straight to error page. doesn't matter what I try, I can't get it to work anymore. deleted the app, full phone reset, installed the app again. same error page grrrrrr. one word useless!
Absolutely useless app. Unable to log into app even with correct password. No email reply to let me reset the app. Just comes up with need to contact your admistrator. Now have to drive back to my Dentist with physical card. Complete waste of time!! Wish I could give it 0 stars.
App does not work, used to be able to log in and now I cannot. It's been like this for a couple of months now, only way to access the account is through the website. Fix this hbf please

As the other reviews have mentioned, the app continues to automatically log you out for no reason, requiring you to re-login and set up the app every time... Makes it impossible to use when you need to scan your card in a rush. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the issue persists..
oops, something went wrong. This has been happening for weeks, even after updates.

Automatically opens in chrome when setting up and systematically goes through every browser on the phone. I value privacy and only have these browsers on my phone because they can't be deleted. Give everyone an in app login when setting up.
Can't put digital card to Samsung wallet but can do it on the apple.. why ??? Do the IT team think there are no Samsung phones out there ????? please fix it
