worst app ever , it has so many issues with logging into the portal, visited the bank to sort the issues but they appear again and again , I've to close my bank account in hdfc and shift to others just because of its worst ever net banking app. I have had my account in hdfc bank for 10 years but I'm so done now it's been months since I've been facing this problem.

very bad experience
these fellows keep updating the app and each time it asks extra space to update. Bro, I have a normal mobile phone and not huge computer. so irritating
this is one of the most sluggish app. other banking apps are way better than this one.
worst banking app. they have blocked my mobile banking and inspite of repetitive mails it is still not functional
Showing server problems every time for service requests
After the latest update the app has not even opened up once, every time it just crashes. Unable to use it when needed the most. What a lousy team of jokers are working on the app of the so-called one of Indias leading and largest bank. HDFC Bank of you guys are seeing the comments and ratings here you really need to scale back down to the previous version sans any changes. You guys are screwing up big time

extremely slow , response to any action or activity is slow , HDFC AS A BIGGEST PRIVATE BANK SHOULD IMPROVE IN SUCH BASIC THINGS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS.
