Please do not use this app- they charge for service and do not deliver the final product. I bought an entrance + audio guide for an art gallery - I stood outside the art gallery for an hour talking to their team and waiting to get access to what I had paid. Eventually, they told me they were unable to give me access. I ended up paying at the art gallery again. Later when I asked for a refund, they refused to give this too.

This platform is a scam! They have not refunded for a tour that I missed because the app provided the incorrect pick up location. 3 minutes after the expected pick up time we tried contacting them to assist and they said we must contact the local partner. The local partner Key Tours stated that we were at the incorrect pick up point and they left without us. Key Tours have confirmed this is not the first time the platform provided the incorrect information. This is theft!

having a horrible time with this app, I was able to book one tour and now trying to book another, but the payment getting rejected (both Google Pay and direct payment with the card). Called up the card and they don't see any attempts to charge. Spoke with headout support and they are useless, say it's a security measure on their end and they can't do anything. Apparently they don't like booking several tours in a row, advised to wait for 24 hours, meanwhile popular tours are getting sold out.
