well urgent care on Miller had very poor miscommunication and was very rude to me the women I seen seem very unprofessional with bad customer service bad attitude im still in pain as I was pretty much told I don't need to be here so I'll never go there again

I had to start over messages over and over again because one false move and poof! it is gone. I not only had to write the message on a separate document and then copy/paste but also the file upload attachment doesn't even work now. Very buggy. Very very buggy. It was kind of traumatizing really having to restart the messages many many many times
I have to say that loading this app is an absolute nightmare. The steps to log on and actually get to the medical practice you need to use are just too many. Security is one thing, but Google and Healow take loading this app to another level. Mage sure you remember your Google address, even if you almost never use it, and get your QR reader ready to use because the user can't progress unless it sees the barcode. I've never had some of these issues using other medical apps. Google is everywhere.
How do u open it? Terrible app! Now I have to go back and call the office and wait 30 for someone to answer the phone

Lots of trouble installing the program. Many, many trys and still no sucess! Very frustrated!
healow is the worst medical portal! I don't know why medical offices use it unless maybe it's the cheapest option available!
difficulties and outdated. for example, much easier if you have a login using things like Gmail. I am visually impaired on this app does not have a voice first interface. it is composed of unintelligent structured forms. user interface is low contrast. perhaps use Claude or another code generator to fill out forms on this app via the web interface
Constant glitches, images always fail to upload- nightmare interface that makes working with your provider MORE of a hassle
Still an absolute garbage app. incredibly annoying to log in or do anything. almost worth finding a new doctor to never have to deal with it again. Every time I do "text me my login code" the app closes which makes the code meaningless because to get back to the code section I have to ask for another code

Disastrous customer service. Make sure you don't lose access or you won't be able to get back in. Customer support just goes in a loop. I think it's run by Ai because there is no way a human can be that dumb and unhelpful

I've entered the bajillion-factor authentication multiple times but as soon as I close the app it logs me out and I have to do the whole sign up process all over again from scratch, or it just doesn't work at all, blocking me from logging in because of buggy rooted phone detection? My phone is not rooted, but I should be able to root it if I want to. It's my medical data and I have a right to access it on my hardware that I paid for.

Login is a pain. Televisit is impossible.
can't tell you the last time this worked, now it just opens to a blank view, crashes, and shuts. I have to take links into my browser, completely bypassing this darned thing!
This used to work but not now. I don't use my phone I use my laptop using Googlr Chrome. The phone screen is too small for me. I try and open the link sent to me by the doctor but it just keep returning to the sign in page and nothing happens. I've tried in in incognito mode as well but nothing works. I can't retrieve messages that are sent to me by the doctor's office.
Frustrating, won't accept Place and zip
Installed app, walked through account setup, 2FA auth, etc. At the password reset screen, Healow app locked up. Repeat the whole process, locked up again at password reset. Uninstalled app, won't look back. Will use my healthcare provider's web portal, or just call them for an appointment. Not going to waste my time with a poorly vetted app.

Horrible no matter what I do I can't log in. Says it's going to send me something to my email it never comes it says it's going to send me a code to my messages and they never come.

Cannot connect reliably for virtual visits.
Two different medical practices use this app. I don't see a way to click on the second practice.
App is terrible. info isn't sized to mobile screen, the developer isn't paying to have the design updated for mobile use. if you touch the back arrow at all you are automatically logged out. doesn't let you clear notifications. sends same message multiple times. cannot change settings to remove info you don't need. no idea if the doctor likes using it, but as a patient I hate it.
both address lines are required, I own, live and stay at one address. work number is required, I am retired. Please fix your required items.
Finally a decent app, but still behind the times for patients. The app is now navigable and responsive, but it doesn't share data with Google Health Connect for Android. I can't pull my doctor's notes or vitals into a single view in Google Health. After running tests at larger hospitals, the missing primary data is obvious. Healow also doesn't connect with MyChart making relaying information between providers tedious. I'm now deciding how choosing Healow reflects on my primary.
