I could not download per instructions. I don't know whether I need to start chemo or not. oh well. I guess it is not all that important.

Worse app ever . Why are the Dr office's still using this app ?

Worthless app. I told me to reset up my password, and I had been using it for a long time. So I tried the new password, and no matter what I tried, it just repeated the blank form. No explanation as to what the problem is. And nothing on your site explanations either. Apparently I'm not meant to see the data from my doctor!
I can't be verified because I cannot download the app onto my laptop computer.
I do not want this app on my phone. If it is mandatory, I prefer it on my laptop.

I schedule appointments, schedule time off work to get to my appointments, and the Clinic has no record of my appointment, even though I show them screen shots, so I end up wasting scheduled time off work that costs me "attendance points". Then, a few days later, I'll get a notification that says I missed my appointment. >;-[ This has happened to me 5 times in the last 6 months. This app is a cruel joke.
The logging in is awful and impossible!The default is to put in the phone number, etc .., but it immediately takes you to either resetting your password or recovering your user name. I tried logging in with the username the office gave me and password from online, then the username randomly changed and suddenly no password works. Maybe it's the office's fault? But it seems like an app defect

this app is terrible. to add insult to injury, you can't use the company's website. the messaging feature crashes every time I tap reply. it also makes me log in multiple times in a single session. if you're going to force people to use an app, at least fix it to perform the most basic functions.
I have been trying to make an appointment with my primary care doctor and it keeps taking me to the OBGYN

Horrible. Disastrous design. Totally NON-user-friendly.
None of the information they provided works. Has our provider listed in another state. Address and zip code are correct, but because it lists it as in Georgia, I can't access it.
It sucks
So they redid the app... it's still doesn't do anything, I can't contact any doctors I can't ask any questions I can't view anything, what is the point? That's why I quit even going to those doctors cuz they are as useless as this app. I've been waiting 2 years for my medical records now - that only cost me my workers comp and disability cases, thanks for that not to mention all the treatment that I have not received

It never has been the most efficient app, but over the last couple months its really gone downhill. it keeps saying I have an outstanding bill - when I check with my Dr's office directly they say im all payed up. - when messaging your Dr, it doesn't allow you to continue the message chain so you have to create a whole new message to your dr even if its to reply to them. - now its not showing my Dr's latest responses - I decided to defeat & reinstal and I can even get it to work at all now.
App is unusable - gets stuck attempting to process verification code for setup. junk.
app freezes at signature and hospitizations using Samsung Galaxys24.
this app is garbage. It's barely functional. why even have this app if you're not even going to bother making it functional. That's just lazy.
When it logs me out & I try to go back in, even when I put my pass code back in it just sits there spinning. So aggravating!
can't login thanks to new update
1. why doesn't your website work? "please enter your [provider/practice] location" for any and all input on the literal start page 2. why does the app that I apparently need to work around the fact that your website doesn't work ALSO not work?? or are your terms and conditions really just that large that my internet can't load them after five minutes?? waste of my goddamn time
The only reason I was told to download this app was to be able to see the results of my pre-employment drug test. That was literally the only information that has never even been posted at all. That pretty much makes this app completely useless to me.
This has been a very useful app until today 4/27/26. Now the app just crashes every time I open it. tried uninstall and reinstall no luck. Having this app makes communication with my doctors easy and convenient. I wish the VA clinic could integrate directly instead of being a seperate app.
Confusing and if you don't know the City State zip code it won t let you continue
