very poor experience. the app is not intuitive at all. very inconsistent in how I can sync between Garmin and Samsung Health. have followed recommended steps without success. VERY disappointed. I think this was primarily meant to work for iPhone, not android.
Can't sync with Huawei health. The instructions on how to solve it make you go into an endless loop. They ask you to contact support. Huawei have millions of devices, this should be working by default, not asking to file support tickets.

Remove this constant "To ensure uninterrupted automatic syncing, please disable battery optimisation" - it's so annoying! I won't grant background use & I don't want to sync automatically at all. I want manual syncing but there's no option for this, the least time for syncing is every 12 hours! UPDATE: This app gets worse & worse - now a constant 'Huawei Health Kit connection error'!
Bought a premium subscription to sync historical data from my Garmin to my Fitbit app. It "syncs" in a few seconds and then says complete, but nothing has synced. All permissions are enabled in each app, battery optimisation is off, historical data is checked but nothing is working. Then it will say "sometimes the sync doesn't work as expected" but WHY?
not syncing any data from Mi Fitness to Samsung Health. No help in trial mode, so it's not clear if paid version helps
Garmin sync error. There is also no way to reset the app so I'm stuck on a page I don't need with no way to retry.
Transferring data from Huawei Health to any other app is an absolute nightmare. Despite contacting support, I was stuck in a loop of counterintuitive steps I’d already attempted countless times. I still could not export my data, and I refuse to waste another minute or a single cent on this service.
Doesn't support my budget watch's app (Very Fit) as a source. Doesn't support Health Connect as a destination. Google Fit can at least read the data my watch pumps into health connect database and rebrand it as it's own so other apps that don't trust my watch's entries (looking at you Carb Manager) can see my activity as if recorded by Google fit. The whole health connect ecosystem is a mess.
Doesn't sync, used to but doesn't anymore. All troubleshooting steps have failed. This app is a useless purchase for me now. Disappointing.
Doesn't sync automatically. Routinely have to manually sync and that doesn't work most times. very frustrating.
No matter how mamy times I change the battery settings the app recommends, I continually see the automatic sync issue message. When I try to sync manually, it doesn't seem to work. It's now close to 10 PM PDT and the app says the last sync was completed at 11:00 AM. This used to be such a great app.
