Extremely Unsatisfied with their services quality. Never recommend to any one. I purchased premium but no support, constant delays and no accountability. 1. Sales team disappears afters the purchase is done. (false promises no accountability) 2. Doctor consultation takes atleast a week. So 1 week of your plan is lost directly. Even if scheduled, it gets cancelled and cycle repeats. Again a poor experience. Never recommend it to any one.
extremely unsatisfied since one and half month passed they charged 5000 for Glp 1 but think what type of irregularities going on this company, my plan expired and no call I get from company even no Glp 1 pen is delivered to my address, request don't purchase any products from this company as this company misguided me very badly, i even don't want to give single star if possible, government and entitled company should take strict action on this type of company as they are fraudsters.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I used this app faithfully since May 2016 and maintained a 2,859-day prayer streak without missing a single day. On 16 June 2026, the app suddenly showed "No task for the day," and despite repeated follow-ups, my streak was reduced to just 756 days.The solutions given very baseless and unprofessional. Nearly 10 years of dedication were erased without prior notice. Policies may change, but users deserve advance communication and respect. Heartbroken and deeply disappointed. Uninstalling.

When you invest both money and trust in a health & wellness platform, the bare minimum expectation is that they show up. Healthify couldn't even manage that. Left with no choice but to delete my account and warn others. If you're serious about your health journey, don't waste your time for a 15 day free trial. This is what happened in the trial period

I have subscribed to smart plan and after raising several tickets I was not able to see dinner recommendation in plan. they use justa Ai generated meals ( and still can't manage it). its best that you use chat gpt and other free resources. there is no need to pay your hard earned money on this stupid app. special mention - pathetic support. you will need to go to app support, raise a request just to get action on a lready open request and also request for a response. otherwise just keep Waiting

I use Google Fit to track vitals. I bought a Healthify scale to sync weight to my Android phone. The app reads Google data but blocks write permissions to Google Health Connect! It holds my weight data hostage to force users into buying their paid premium plans. I already pay for Google's health ecosystem. Forcing a data monopoly by blocking standard Android integrations on hardware I bought is unacceptable. Fix your sync permissions and let us export our own data!
Extremely unsatisfying experience. I have been a member for six months. The diet plan wasn't customized as I wanted, and I find mistakes every time. They didn't give me top-rated coaches from the start; I had to change my coach on my own and figure out a better one. Money wasn't the issue; it was the service provided. No one took proper feedback, while some of the fitness coaches were too rigid about certain things. For example, I can't constantly have my mobile in hand only to prove I walked.
App is completely useless unless you pay for subscription. previously it atleast showed the macros of food and everything else was paid now even that is paid.
A total disappointment. I took their mounjaro plan a couple of months back. i was informed that i need to strictly adhere to the same day same time taking their prescribed dose. so far i did that. now after paying 16100/- 2 weeks back, i still don't have the medication. is this not playing with my health now. who should be held responsible. their help centre people are terrible. they took a week to respond that they missed shipping my dose. another week gone, i have still not received.
Very disappointing experience with HealthifyMe. Several app features don't work as expected, making tracking and recommendations unreliable. The biggest issue, however, is customer support. Responses are generic, concerns are not properly addressed, and getting meaningful help is difficult. As a paying customer, I expected a much better product and support experience. No response received on mail. It has been 15 days
App keeps crashing on opening. Does not work and keeps on lagging.
I started using the app with free features that were offered. i was happy with that. i then purchased the ai version for two years with the weighing scale. Now I don't wish to continue with the ai version so I did not continue the third year but now they are not allowing me my BMI and other parameters to be visible because I am not a paid member. i could have easily taken other cheap weighing scale if this was a ln update done later on. Extremely money oriented behaviour
Rude customer service, I needed to upgrade the plan which I signed up 5 min ago as i selected the wrong plan, the agent said it can only happen over Whatsapp or call, when I pushed back, why It has to be outside the app he said these are the option, take it or leave it. This should have been a seamless experience, why does an upgrade or plan change needs a call?
These people are thieves, they tool from me all the money for subscription while also stating the cancelling and refund policy. now when i want to cancel they are not even allowing to cancel the subscription. There is no option in the aap to cancel

Very disappointing experience. I regret enrolling in this program and hope my review helps others make an informed decision.Before making the payment, I was not clearly informed that cancelling the subscription would result in only a partial refund. I believe important terms such as cancellation charges and refund policies should be clearly disclosed upfront so customers understand exactly what they are agreeing to. The quality of the coaching and diet plan did not meet my expectations

Took a 6 month plan, coaches change every 2 months...there's no continuity or support. Do not recommend.
these guys are scammers. they will take your money and then will ask you to wait for 3-4 hours for an update everyday but nothing will happen. they never ship your order and no one will listen to your request. do not take any plan from them. they'll just take your money and their customer service people will keep irritating you with canned responses rather than helping you. honest review THEY ARE REAL SCAMMERS. waste of money.

All they want to sell is their premium plans even if you dont need them. They redirect you to error page when you try to buy 999 plan for basic use. Prompting/Forcing you to buy higher plan. This ia nothing but misselling.

This is scam app. They will keep on calling you make you buy premium. And then their dieticiens will just give some generic talk and plan. Avoid this.
It doesn't write the nutrition data to Health Connect. It can only read. It's such a scam. I paid the annual subscription fee thinking there will be bidirectional sync.

I tried using this app for tracking calories and protein, but the overall experience felt more stressful than helpful. Almost every feature interaction seemed to push me toward the paid version. Frequent pop-ups, premium upgrade prompts, and locked features made the app feel distracting and annoying during normal use. I was told by product manager that to loose weight, it's 80% diet and 20% exercise. No weight loss by just following diet plans ( AI can provide the same for free). I got a 6 month paid plan but feels entirely useless.
PLANS ARE NONCANCELLABLE. FORCED ON CUSTOMERS. DON'T SUBSCRIBE OR YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY PERMANENTLY FOR WHOLE LIFE

Very bad platform, no continuity in coaches...please do not take any long term paid services else you will be cheated and I am a victim, I had 5 coaches in 4 months and how do you expect HEALTHIFY to help me in my health.
in new update you can't even saw the macros without purchase subscription. what is this new policy update that you can share our data with others and also overseas.
bad ui, unfriendly logging. inaccurate tracking.... simply avoid buying any plan. they are not eligible for refund as well.... and yes, upselling
Every month they keep moving stuff from the free tier into the paywalled tiers. Earlier the macros data used to be free, but now it is paid. there is a constant barrage of ads and nudges to upgrade, which is extremely annoying
When they provided the GLP-1 program, they didn't dispatch your injection. Every day their executive said they could provide you tracking details in 24 hours, but they don't. Worst experience I've had.
