too many emails, and communications. constantly will irritate u for feedback. it's better to pay a higher price from Amazon rather than get it at lower price with unnecessary emails, sms. WhatsApp msgs in ur inb5

Very disappointed with the support and delivery service from HealthKart. My order reached the nearest hub 3 days ago, but it has still not been delivered. I contacted customer support and raised a query, but the only response I received was that a ticket has been raised and the issue will take another 3 days to resolve. This kind of delay and poor customer support is unacceptable. If the product has already reached the nearest hub, there should not be such a delay in delivery.
worst app no customer support team available
poor logistics service. they just call you. not even say a single word and show it failed attempt. also very poor customer support. they exactly don't know when it is going to delever and also don't have the number of delevery man. just tell you again and again sorry for inconvenience. what will i do of their sorry? i need my problem solved. 😡😡😡

The HealthKart support team is absolutely terrible; they take no responsibility whatsoever. I received a delivery of a fake ON Whey Protein product-it had no seal, no sticker, and no authentication code. My only mistake was that I opened the package too late. I even sent an email, but I received no positive response from their team regarding how or where the mix-up occurred. In the end, my money went completely to waste.
the app doesn't work anymore
disgusting people and delivery agents, I was injured and had to wait for 2 hrs because my delivery guy forgot to deliver my order and then he comes back and tells me to come get it so I had to walk a km from home to where he told me to take it from. i lodged a complaint as this was not the first time this has happened and I can't use the app now so good luck with your app. I'll make sure none of the people i know download it, u losers 👍.
very bad delivery service....delivery date show...26 april....but at 28 th april not delivered my prepaid order...

the app is breaking after the update. homepage screen is stuck in a no images all white space with search and navigations bar visible. however no user action is executed. tapping doesn't work

the product quality has been changed and I feel like it's tampered as the oats are not sent like before and the protein powder sometimes there are lumps coming out. please check the products before releasing
They show the product is out for delivery for weeks and then say the order has been returned and then the refund takes place in 3 to 4 days it is just a waste of time if you are looking for urgent delivery. Their service has been pathetic recently.
