Tried a hundred different ways and the app won't take my place of birth, It just continues to tell me no results were found. Im pretty sure Southern California exists being that's where I was born and raised.

Don't waste your time with this app
I feel like the advisors either don't respond and waste your time and money. That is dishonest and leaves the customer with no answers. I have requested a refund.
this is the worst app they take your money customer service is sad and disgusting please dont use this app very disappointed

likely AI. ad claims 3 minutes of advisory, but I got about 25 words from them, none answering anything but "won't be fast". I asked why I can't see past something

When you ask the advisors follow up questions and you tell them you can't join a Live chat, they won't answer your question and tell you to join anyway. Customer support in the app isn't helpful either.
