Out of nowhere my account login got blocked with the message "Account Anomaly", no means for help, no answer on my E-mail so far. I lose my streak because of this. Very disappointed.
the customer service is terrible they blocked my account for no reason and when I asked why they won't reply
Tried a hundred different ways and the app won't take my place of birth, It just continues to tell me no results were found. Im pretty sure Southern California exists being that's where I was born and raised.

everything was good at first. then I bought credits and while was doing a messaging session they went offline. plus I only get 10 questions and they keep insisting on going live chat which cost more and they didn't answer the questions. then one of them went offline during the session. there is no refund. and if u start again. u have to explain everything again and U waste credits. more like a scam than anything.
Don't waste your time with this app
I feel like the advisors either don't respond and waste your time and money. That is dishonest and leaves the customer with no answers. I have requested a refund.
this is the worst app they take your money customer service is sad and disgusting please dont use this app very disappointed

likely AI. ad claims 3 minutes of advisory, but I got about 25 words from them, none answering anything but "won't be fast". I asked why I can't see past something
I'm trying to redeem my points and it isn't showing anything I can redeem them for so this is pointless. Checking in daily (spinning the wheel) mostly gets you discounts which isn't helpful the majority of the time. When you ask the advisors follow up questions and you tell them you can't join a Live chat, they won't answer your question and tell you to join anyway. Customer support in the app isn't helpful either.
