they have you take some heart quiz or whatever and my options for me aren't even there I had to pick that my blood pressure was either normal elevated or high I'm neither my blood pressure normal is low I have pots

I experienced an unexpected and unfair charge from this app. I only started a free trial of HeartIn Premium Weekly FT T7, but after the trial ended, I was automatically charged LKR 3,025 per week without clearly understanding or intending to continue the subscription. The subscription was activated automatically, and I did not receive clear or noticeable warning that the trial would convert into a paid weekly plan. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled subscription and requested a refund

doesn't actually work for the watch, wants me to take measurements into with phone camera

This app has double charges even triple sometimes doesn't make any sense. There is no live agent for refunds if charges are inaccurate. The AI used to manage refunds leads you to a dead end.
