came back after few month, just deleted it again. Still same issues, game has so many useless stupid event items, that I cant delete or get rid of anyhow. And they take over 50 slot of inventory or storage. its annoying and absolutely unnecessary feature, why i cant delete that garbage items i do t want to have?

The game is cute. I thought I'd do a small ptp by buying the junior membership (less than AUD $1) for 7 days and full membership (less than AUD $5) for 30 days. But you don't even get all the rewards. For example, you get the rewards for the junior membership for 4 days then you have to pay for another 7 to get the other 3 days that are "stored" for you. And you have to pay within a certain amount of days. So really, you pay for 4 days and not get all of the rewards promised. Absolute scam.

The game mechanics are essentially the same thing but with different skins; they're supposed to be one of the most profitable games in the world, yet the free-to-play content is poor, they don't listen to their community, Especially in regions outside of Asia, I don't see any investment in the game despite all the money; there's no story, no voice acting, and no good animation I quit the game after I spent a lot of money on it
The game is alright but i lost like 2-3 months of gameplay because of the whole server timezones thing. I am playing on the S.E Asia server but i am using the GMT+08.00 timezone. Literally because of that i cant join a S.E Asian server. I tried changing my timezone but that wont work. I also tried joining a GMT+08.00 server which required me to create a new account and even that i cant join because it told me that i am in the incorrect timezone.

I only give it two cuz it's lagging, and it's always give me buggg like alotttt please fix it I even got glitching 😭
The game is very good but the lagging is way too much for me I have tried many times to make it lag less after updating the game and updating my phone but it still lags a lot . I tried to uninstall and then install it for about 5 times so that I don't lag but it's still the same . Please try to look into it I really wanna continue to play with my friends.
I used to love the game very much because there's so much to do and the collabs are good. however the big update made the game impossible to play. it takes up too much storage and very laggy. I gave up playing because it freezes a lot I couldn't even play in peace. please reduce the game size and fix these lag issues

I used to love this game as much as I love Sky:cotl. But after the last update it has simply become much too laggy for me to continue playing Heartopia normally. Being somebody who plays the game from his phone, I ended up uninstalling it solely because. If ever it becomes playable for me again, I might be back. But until then, Heartopia will be missed...
I tried communicating with you guys as many others have and I got muted in the discord for asking for black hairstyles and saying you're making it worse by ignoring what's happening. I loved this game and I spent alot of money on it before everything happened.
