Horrible customer service. I deleted the game and recently wanted to come back so my account had to be activated so I submitted the request through the game and waited over 3 months. NOTHING. and then when I reach out to customer service to try to see why I keep getting an error code and nothing else they just keep replying that they need my nickname and ID when I physically can't access it because of the error code??? it's literally their fault that they lost the processing of my account.

Generative AI and greed have ruined the experience with the game. You are just going to spend A LOT of money, avoid.
I played this religiously for months, then I found out they are using AI slop in their item designs. Why would I waste my money or my time on that?
I'm tired of this constant updates that always have something broken not only that locking votes behind a paywall having way too many gatchas back to back with little time to grind the supposed use of ai by the company and not to speak of them also tracing fan art for a wall in a gatcha that was locked behind a paywall

I dont know how many people this is effecting but I cant get into the app at all completely from America. I worked hours and hours to get items and also have items that are now going to expire including quests. help.

Game doesn't protect ANY child users. There was an incident where a child got groomed through the chat board.The responsible thing to do after an incident like this would be to have moderators in your chat or separate the children from the adults in different chat boards, have us put our date of birth into the game at the beginning and separate the adults from kids or GET CHAT MODS,have the players do it if you really can't find someone to do it. Make it like the sweeties program or something.
hi you need to fix this problem about exchanging items so basically when I lock the items I don't want to exchange suddenly I can't exchange to ANY player anymore unless if I use the letter item?? and even though I only want to exchange some of my rare duplicate items the game won't let me, and I mean I CAN'T EXCHANGE AT ALL!!!!!!!
brah I can't open the game
I like this game a lot, but whatever the most recent update was makes the game completely inaccessible to me now. It doesn't even open, istead it just crashes immediately. I play this game daily and I don't want to lose progress 🙏 please fix this EDIT: This problem/bug is affecting my game again :(

ive been playing this game for a while..like a long time and at first it was so good . as a beginner you get to have tickets and money . but Unfortunately, progression becomes extremely frustrating because tickets are almost impossible to get without paying real money. Furniture, parties, and events depend heavily on tickets, but free players are rarely given any. this game is not rewarding to its players and is insanely greedy/sketchy. you need to spend 75 usd to access sweet collection but its not as rewarding when you dont get the items you want. the gameplay is repetitive and you dont get enough coins quickly to be able to pull for collections. high risk low reward game
It was fun until I had to get a subscription just to have access to the other houses and items.
after several errors and getting kicked out of the game,the whole game is very bad unlike what they said it was terrible 😔 do not download it.
I reinstalled the game to switch back to my main account and it everytime I start the game up it crashes. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing cache yet the problem still persists. Only other thing I can think of is freeing up storage at this point.

as much as i enjoy this game, i could never recommend it to anyone. this company proves time and time again that they dont care about the users and the issues that we experience playing the game and focus purely on profit.
The drop rates are evil and they prey hard on fomo... enjoy 5 useless dupes of a flower when all you wanted was 1 regular R 💀

It's a really cute game, but the items are expensive as hell. The only other way to get more coins is by spending REAL MONEY. And on top of that, players don't even get that much coins by completing quests and stuff, which is really frustrating. Please do better!
it's cute and fun to play but cocone is greedy and sometimes when I buy something cocone takes my money and doesn't give me the item. wouldn't really recommend. it also crashes when I start playing. it's hard to get coins, and hearts. the happy bags give you duplicates a LOT. it's hard to get different items unless you pay, or have a sp gatcha ticket.
UPDATED: 28.12.2025 Lowered to 2 stars from 3 stars. The management and devs have not been listening to their players. A recent much requested event happened and it had so many bugs, which wasted thousands of coins and peoples actual money. They offered a very unfair fix which meant people couldnt really get their refunds and they only gave 24 hours to request it. I continue to play purely because I put a lot of effort in, but cocone won't be getting anymore money from me.
