I am very unhappy with the service. I booked the item last month, and I received a message stating it was delivered on April 13th itself. However, I didn't receive anything then. I waited for an entire month, but there was no sign of my order. Finally, I had to call and inquire about it yesterday (May 7th). Only after my follow-up call, they delivered it today (May 8th). This is a delay of nearly one month, and providing a false delivery message is completely unacceptable. Very poor service
