What is the actual use of this useless APK? It neither solves customer queries nor provides any convenience to customers. If I want to book my domestic LPG cylinder and pay online, the app doesn’t even support it. And if you are not capable of providing home delivery, then what is the main purpose of this app? Does this make any sense? Foolish.

the correct otp enterd and it shows internal error and does not allow to sign in they donnot send the otp again and ask you to wait.

Done Ekyc four times in this financial year through aadhaar Rd app. Again it is popping up for Ekyc. Please look into this issue promptly and seriously. Subsidy details is still not given but in IOCL it is given. A green display with white line shows up in beginning while opening the app.
In this app the UI is not friendly, but the business version is very friendly.

Very Poor Service for LPG
I have downloaded the app and it's been more than 30 minutes yet I am in the language selection page which is still showing as loading.

We have already done eKYC on the date 25 April 2026 through the BPCL app and received the confirmation sms from the BPCL is your eKyc is done by you but 27 April 2026 again demand the eKYC for same but I have already done on 25 April 2026 according to sms received by me. Again I have completed my eKYC on the 27 April 2026. IT is technical glitches, technical issue on your system. I will inform you that my eKYC completed through the BPCL app according to received sms from BPCL. Thank you

why is it asking to sign up again? can't we simply start from where we left in the old app? I signed up for a new app, unable to see the ₹200 recharge I have done. There's no way to claim a refund for it either. I have tried using that recharge amount at a petrol pump but they don't accept it.
I didn't understand why this useless app is made.
