so buggy, profile picture doesnt work, how many times i did retry it will jut lead me to the last step again on setting up profile picture.
a very creepy experience since iam a minor i got targetted by bunch of creepy male users if youre a minor.. hell even a female not recommended at ALL

really exploitative
Unable to use it just keeps telling me not connected for the past few days
didn't get no warnings, no community guideline warnings, account was in good standings. had only been 3 days and my account gets restricted. I get logged out and they tell me I can't make a new account which is really frustrating because I just bought VIP coins add the VIP subscription for about 40 bucks in total.
I can't open it
It kept getting worse..too many bugs. Initially it was good.
They do not suspend the account which focuses on anti bullying and Hatred....Filed a complaint several times but no action was taken so far.
I bought the life-time subscription of this app. because, I thought it has inbuilt ai to to insist you in speaking there is no such thing in it. and there is no one there to whom you can chat so, don't waste your time and money on this app just another scam.

I’ve been using this app to improve my English, and at the same time I joke around in the room without hurting anyone. I didn’t know people were reporting me, and I never got any warning or message before they banned me. Other people are flirting and dating, but they only came after me. Some people are even creating rooms just to invite girls instead of focusing on learning

unless u want to pay premium everything is limited translation, people u can talk to everything so unless u want to pay premium don't bother

one day you are using this app and everything is fine and then a person comes and gives you a single report without a reason the support team will not ask for any kind of evidence to them and suspend your account you can't do anything if you ask the support team about this and they will tell you your account has been suspended for inappropriate behaviour what kind of inappropriate? tell me what kind of 😑😑

I bought the mobile yesterday someone told me to download hellotalk app,I download but they don't let me to create account for my self,and also the helping side is so weak,they even don't care about your email,and they don't respond you by time,let's be together guys to report this nonsense app,they took our money our time our Internet and they don't care about u,
many minors on this app which is concerning. there's also many creeps. and nobody reaches out and when I try to they ignore me. I also get ghosted after some time of talking.

After making a evidence - ridden report of the person who had dating intention to me, he still stay intact on the application, still fine and no banning as I wish from the bottom of my heart. My feelings are hurt, yet I also blame myself for let it slide and not calling it out when he started acting weird

now it's a bad for those who are just used this app for learning languages ,because it becomes and potential dating app,people see girls/boys profile picture and used them to date them and which is not good,if I say,so if it's not gonna over then I am over from this app😔
the app has a glitch where you cannot change the language you are learning. they refuse to fix it even if you pay. dont give them money. edit: i submitted feedbacj twice and each time your feedback redirected me to the hekp page for an unrelated problem. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

I cannot create my own Voice Room, and I also cannot join other users’ Voice Rooms because it keeps showing an “Area Restriction” message. Run my dumbasses. locking users to the language they picked at sign up or pay is a money grab.
this app works for girls boys Eve those who really want to learn but no one is willing to talk with boys so boys it's not for you if you want to learn. learn with ai intead

im using this app since 4years and the recent feature of having a VIP pass for 24hrs Voice Room Duration looks like a scam to me. i have used the pass for more than 5 times yet my voice room gets closed after 180minutes which has to be continued for 24hrs!!!!!
app is absolutly cool. but since i got banned on my device. i have purchased new device ans VIP as well. but your team banned me even in that one also. and also whenever i create an accout it gets banned that i did some violation which i never done. ive been user who used around more than 3 years and regular VIP memeber also but what you doing this to me which is actually wrong and you have banned my old id for no reason you should give me back my old id and let me be there in HT.
