The new update ruins the dope experience you used to get on the site. You should have the old version as an option for users who prefer it. This one is type wack.

I do not recommend this app. Far too many fraudulent users and some of tbe legit users are rude in their replies, ignore questions, ghost, and leave you asking why they contacted you at all. Their locations are not accurate at all. Nigerians and foreigners using stolen pics rampantly. Every person that contacted me using Hers turned out to be fake or rude. They have a major issue with fake users and profiles are not verified at all. I feel I wasted my money hoping to find a bi/queer partner.

Made an account and it was immediately frozen. Customer support doesn't give you any avenues to unfreeze or verify the account.
I was wrongfully kicked out of my account with no explanation. Don't recommend. Customer Service is of no help.
EDIT: Oh btw they'll sooner ban a trans woman for existing sooner than they ban a cis man for constantly posting his privates PUBLICLY. Called out and reported cis men for breaking community guidelines and being disgusting. Got reported and my account is now frozen. Why am I essentially a glorified moderator for a platform that can't even keep me protected? I would like my account back. Maybe better moderation, eh? That would be nice. People might start having reason to rate the app higher then.

Overall I got a 2/10 experience from this.. thing.

had a great time on the app. switched phones. tried to get back into my account and got banned. telling me I broke community standards when I didn't do anything. won't tell me what standards I supposedly broke. says they are a safe space for all but won't let me have my account back. hmmmmm.
THIS APP PAYS FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS, DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS OF THIS APP. Got an offer for a day of the premium subscription if I left a 5 star review. HER was bought in recent years by Match Group, and they have slowly removed features and hidden them behind pay walls. It's a borderline unusable app unless you pay. Incentivizing 5 star reviews is disgusting. Stripping features from one of the only lesbian dating apps is appalling. Make no mistake, I will be changing this review to 1 star.

insanely buggy. the premium tiers are bizarre and opaque. filters and swiping glitch out constantly.
terrible dating app..you set your filters but still attract what you dont want..dont bother setting distance limits you will get people thousands of miles away..and catfish

Crashes, loses matches, has made me create a new account multiple times
Was really great initially but the latest update forces you to share location?? no thanks, denies the ability to use the app if you don't want to share your precise location. I had so many matches and convos going but I guess I'll have to lose them :(
