The device is nightmare to get setup. It fails on anything but the oldest networks, its fails registration over and over, the support repose (from a sales person) was to return it. In my experience, the device is completely unreliable and I cannot deploy it in good conscience given its need to be reliable. Very disappointed in a premium device.
item worked great untill the "24/7" customer support just tells you to goto the app. when you try and get a person just get voice mail no matter how many calls. if your email can't get updated you can't get into you account to fix anything on said app or make a new account to work the machine. terrible service after 8 years it was great until you actually need them to support what they claim on the website. better off finding a better way to deal with meds especially if you havea memory problem

Good luck canceling, because they'll just direct you to the same AI chat bot that won't help anything. Edit:replying to Hero Health's response-I have called, I have emailed, left messages, waited for your AI chat for over 2 hours.
Worst Experience Ever!, DO NOT get this App or device, if you have it return it!! They charge a crazy amount for subscription service.. there is no customer portal online every this is force to be done through the app, which is horrible. I cant get my insulin because FSA wants a receipt for HERO annual subscription which I have no access to!!!!
They are vile people. The machine locks you out of your meds. gives wrong doses and they have the worst customer service. Would never recommend this device.
Received the device today. Downloaded the Android app. It crashes immediately upon opening. I cleared the cache, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app - always the same result. I tried installing the app on another Android phone with the same result. I assume this is a bug that the developer needs to fix, but it has rendered the pricey subscription useless.

IT SHOULD BE STATED OUTRIGHT THAT THE HERO ONLY CONNECTS TO A 2G NETWORK AND IF YOU HAVE A MULTIBANDWIDTH NETWORK IT NEEDS TO HAVE SEPARATE PASSWORDS. ALSO WOULD LIKE AN EASIER WAY TO RETURN THIS VERY NOT USEFUL PRODUCT. I DO NOT ENJOY HAVING TO GO BACK AND FORTH EMAILING MORE THAN 2 TIMES TO CONFIRM THE RETURN REQUEST.
Cant even view status on my phone, wont let me update software or bypass the notice to do so. Basically makes monitoring completely unavailable unless I buy a new phone, which I simply can not afford. At least give us basic use even on older phones.
customer support non existent. app does not reliably support multiple dosages at different times on different days. skip it
Customer service lied. The guy told me I owned the machine and only have to pay for the subscription. once I canceled the subscription, I got a threatening texting saying return the machine in 8 days are we will add 1500$ to collection. So I could be paying for this for 50 years and NEVER on it. SMH.
New update broke the app. Machine works but you cannot update med changes since you cannot access the app. Hard to get support when you enter an error loop when you log in.
Do not sign up. After you are done with it they will send you to collections if you do not pay a ransom of $1,500.00

The latest App update isn't compatible with my smartphone; making the app useless. I can dispense but most management features no longer work. Hero device is practically useless. Now that it can't update the system Medicare doesn't get updated and they want be to pay the whole fee. It's no longer covered by Medicare. It has a few things I would like fixed but those are moot point now!
