They will not change dosage until 2 month, even if you've taken meds before w/o issue. They will give you FDA jargon and keep you stagnant in your progress. This is a money grabbing service. It is not focused on the individual.
You're prompted to sign up for a membership under the illusion it includes the medicine. But then, after you sign up you learn you have to have a membership to see how much the medicine even cost. You can't see the cost unless you pay for a membership 1st. It should be illegal and is misleading.
$150 per month for the membership fee that does NOTHING plus another 149 in medication fees. What a rip off. Cheaper products elsewhere.
I can login on both the browser on my phone and my computer, but keep getting a wrong password message when trying to login through the app. Even after resetting and changing it, same issue.

These people advertise for one thing and deliver another. I kindly asked for my money back for the membership that is advertised to getting u set up and then you have to pay an extra 150 for the supply when they say the first month is 39.00. I didnt even have the app for a day and asked for my money back. I couldn't get anyone to respond or answer a question until 5 days later. you can also get these items for a lot cheaper and with real providers, not the AI in which they use. totally un safe
STAY AWAY. My prescription was refilled perfectly three times no issue. On the fourth time, it is 13 days late on refilling. AI chat help communicates with you only, saying it is still processing. You cannot speak to a live person to help you. I am now about to run out of my medication.

Avoid Hims & Hers. They charged my card for a refill but never sent the medication. After multiple follow ups, they didn't even start processing it for over a week. I was overdue for my dose and they offered to send it to a local pharmacy, but only later informed me they don't accept insurance. The medication would have cost $1,700 out of pocket. After days of delays and poor communication, I canceled, but they refused to refund me for service/medication they never delivered. Terrible service.
this site was great last month. unfortunately after my 1 script for wegovy pill 1.5 they want me to sign up for a 10 or 5 month plan and will not renew my script. this is pissing me off big time. I lost 8 pounds in the first 2 weeks . I want the wego y. why won't you let me get past the 10 or 5 month sig n up?
They steal your money. Go with another more reputable company. Look up reviews before trusting them with your money!!!
not a transparent company. wait till you see the changes. 39.00 is just a membership fee. go through your doctor it's much cheaper.
Lied about prices, and never give information up front that some of their products have carcinogenic effects, or black box labels. Don't expect refunds, all you get are chatbots with the same generic responses
The app crashes when I try to open up a video or slide in the program tab.

BEWARE of this app! Hidden charges and deceptive pricing. They advertise $149/month, but their billing is completely deceptive. In my second month, they charged my first card, and then immediately charged my second card right after I updated my billing info. When I contacted support, they claimed $149 was for the medication and another $149 was a hidden "membership fee" not made clear upfront. Don't fall for this trap. Stay away!
they make you think that you only pay 39 for the first month let you put your card info in and charge you immediately then later you find out you'll need an additional 139 to get the pills for that same month you just paid 39$ for.and you'll find out that to start the first month you'll need 39 + 139 and then the next month you'll need 139+139 to get your second month of diet meds.do not sign up with this company if they will trick you at the beginning who knows what they will charge you 4 later

I've gained six lbs since starting the meds. When I reached out to ask about changing medication, they said I could try a different one that is $2000 A MONTH. Every time I send a chat message, I get a response from a different "person" that always begins with "We understand your frustration..." but no personalized care. Absolute joke of a program.

Beware! Shady company. Misleading practices. Charged me $40 just to inquire about pricing on meds. Didn't even offer the one I was interested in. Took my money and basically told me "oh well"
READ THE FINE PRINT!! I would give them a negative review if I could. It sucks that they rope you in and only will approve you for gpl meds AFTER you pay but are NOT transparent about the fact that this is a membership fee that you would pay in ADDITION to the actual medication cost. So if they approve you and you change your mind, you will NOT get the membership refunded. Seriously what is with all these companies and these damn membership/subscription based systems? It's ridiculous
Don't use this company, its not safe. I was approved for Wegovy by one doctor and was taking it for 2 weeks when my renewal came up. Another doctor reviewed my case and canceled my Rx. So they either have doctors who don't trust each other's diagnoses or they have doctors who make split second decisions without looking at all your information. Either way, its not safe.
so unfortunately I am allergic to the product and only got to use 3 weeks worth of 5 months worth of product and was refused a partial refund. Don't try it just try herbL supplements. COMPLETE SCAM. Do not use. it is incredibly misleading. they promise a refund if you don't qualify for meds, which is a slimy tactic. I paid 40 dollars for a CHATBOT to say I should take vitamin b12. which apparently counts as qualifying for meds. You don't see a doctor on video, the chat takes hours to reply, and you don't get refunded. complete waste, don't use this service and don't let loved ones use it. edit: the reply they sent just sends you to a FAQ type troubleshooting page. no contact
They keep sending weight loss push notifications and I'm not interested. They won't let you turn this off. Not everyone is suffering from weight. Stop perpetuating harmful advertising. Stop shoving weight loss down everyone's throats.

A friend referred me to this app for GLP-1 pills. After ordering, I waited so long, only for the package to be returned without delivery. Strangely, my profile says 'Delivered.' This app is an absolute disappointment; there’s no customer service or responsive agent. I struggled to find a phone number, and no one answered anyway. My refund attempts have been futile as they ignore all emails. This is a complete and utter scam. Avoid at all costs.

can't use my password even after I have reset it multiple times and then screen says acces with ease with bio. and won't let me move off screen.
Snake oil. 6 weeks and I lost one pound. One. And that was with dieting hard. Only change was that I felt tired from injecting some mysterious, un-approved substance into my body. All of the feedback is AI nonsense, a different "nurse practitioner" every time. Micro-dosing has no scientific backing and the dose is so minute it does absolutely nothing to help you lose weight. Diet and exercise remains the only true answer. Ap sucks also.
They don't tell you it will be weeks-months before you will get your medications after you pay $149 for membership and $149 for the pills. When you reach out via their text support they give bot like generic responses. You cannot speak with anyone and you cannot get an answer about when your product will ship.

Terrible app and terrible customer service. For whatever reason, this app does not allow you to remove a weigh in entry after it has been entered and it's been more than a day. For as much as this treatment costs, it astounds me that something so simple as allowing a user to delete an entry during their weight logging is such an "advanced" feature. What's worse, they don't even have a way for a system administrator to delete this entry on behalf of the user. This app is TRASH.

This app doesn't work. I can't complete my check-in, either the keyboard doesn't pop up, or it doesn't move on from one screen to the next. All these complaints and developers still haven't fixed the issues. This program is too expensive for the junk they're putting out.
The medication options that Hers offers are behind the times. Bupropion (antidepressant) and Topirimate (anticonvulsant) should not be used for weight loss. Did you know you have to carefully wean off both of these medications when you stop? I did from my own experiences but not everyone is going to know that and Hers certainly didn't bother to say anything. I am ditching Hers and looking at the new companies who use actual weight loss pills like Wegovy. Hers, you need to step up your game!
Provided my CC to start my plan downloaded app as instructed and kept saying my password was wrong...even though I just logged in on the site. Updated password 3x and it continues to tell me its incorrect in both the app and the site...now I cannot get logged in to do anything. Horrible experience and I haven't even started anything.

Clunky, Glitchy, Annoying You want me to use this app desperately but it literally crashes for appointments. I can't answer simple check in questions. It barely works. The dosing instructions glitch when to click on different medications. Did you test this app at all before pushing it out!?
