They keep sending weight loss push notifications and I'm not interested. They won't let you turn this off. Not everyone is suffering from weight. Stop perpetuating harmful advertising. Stop shoving weight loss down everyone's throats.

My refund attempts have been futile as they ignore all emails. This is a complete and utter scam. Avoid at all costs.

Snake oil. 6 weeks and I lost one pound. One. And that was with dieting hard. Only change was that I felt tired from injecting some mysterious, un-approved substance into my body. All of the feedback is AI nonsense, a different "nurse practitioner" every time. Micro-dosing has no scientific backing and the dose is so minute it does absolutely nothing to help you lose weight. Diet and exercise remains the only true answer. Ap sucks also.
They don't tell you it will be weeks-months before you will get your medications after you pay $149 for membership and $149 for the pills. When you reach out via their text support they give bot like generic responses. You cannot speak with anyone and you cannot get an answer about when your product will ship.

Terrible app and terrible customer service. For whatever reason, this app does not allow you to remove a weigh in entry after it has been entered and it's been more than a day. For as much as this treatment costs, it astounds me that something so simple as allowing a user to delete an entry during their weight logging is such an "advanced" feature. What's worse, they don't even have a way for a system administrator to delete this entry on behalf of the user. This app is TRASH.

This app doesn't work. I can't complete my check-in, either the keyboard doesn't pop up, or it doesn't move on from one screen to the next. All these complaints and developers still haven't fixed the issues. This program is too expensive for the junk they're putting out.
The medication options that Hers offers are behind the times. Bupropion (antidepressant) and Topirimate (anticonvulsant) should not be used for weight loss. Did you know you have to carefully wean off both of these medications when you stop? I did from my own experiences but not everyone is going to know that and Hers certainly didn't bother to say anything. I am ditching Hers and looking at the new companies who use actual weight loss pills like Wegovy. Hers, you need to step up your game!
Provided my CC to start my plan downloaded app as instructed and kept saying my password was wrong...even though I just logged in on the site. Updated password 3x and it continues to tell me its incorrect in both the app and the site...now I cannot get logged in to do anything. Horrible experience and I haven't even started anything.

Clunky, Glitchy, Annoying You want me to use this app desperately but it literally crashes for appointments. I can't answer simple check in questions. It barely works. The dosing instructions glitch when to click on different medications. Did you test this app at all before pushing it out!?

Not intuitive and the support/help gives search results unrelated to what you seek. Every week, it's like starting over sorting out what I need to do. Cannot update or correct initial info, either, but you can sure update your PAYMENT information. alright.
My 1st video appointment was this evening and every time I clicked the "join video call" the app crashed. I hope tomorrow night it works.

This app is not at all user friendly. It is just one giant ad for Hers to try and sell you more products. There are features that the AI chat support tells you to use that don't exist on most accounts and they have to have someone enable the feature.
This has been horrible! I got on this app for weight medication because I got tired of jumping through hoops through my PCP. I ordered the medication 3 weeks ago and I'm still in "shipping" stage. I have reached out on the app multiple times, trying to understand what's going on and why my medication isn't being shipped, and I keep getting told it's "processing", and it "the last stage, and should be getting a shipping and tracking number within 1 to 3 days" this has happened for the last 2 week

Abysmal communication - over 40 days and no response. The support is essentially nonexistent. I finally received a bot response and now (allegedly) a person who is not aware of the original question.
They won't except my HSA card. It is my card for medical payments. Makes me think this is not legit.
My body only needed half the prescribed amount. Next order date comes up and it is charged/shipped with no standard warning email. $300 gone for an order I didn't need cause I still had 6 months left from the 1st order. Found out I can't return an already shipped order. Can't adjust future orders due to set pill amounts. They said I will continue to get pills whether I need it or not and to just dispose of excess. Can't adjust how often you get orders either.Wasting my money on a whole new level
their customer service is garbage. they will literally keep you on hold for hours only to continuously try to redirect you to their website. an absolute headache to deal with. not worth the hassle at ALL.
hers will charge you without telling you and ignore you when you reach out to customer service. I had a reaction to the medicine they prescribed and reach out to see if I had other options.(about a week and half into treatment) I asked if I'd be charged and the assured me I wouldn't. they talked to me a bit about some other kit then I was charged 200 dollars. now I'm asking what I was charged for and they're ignoring me. scam website

The $39 is not for the price of the meds like they want you to think it is! That $39 is for 2 months. That cost then becomes $345 a month! What a huge let down, and very disappointing I must admit. I was ready to pay the $39 and I fortunately had this notice on my screen. Disappointment Overload!

An easy way for people to get drugs without any accountability. These providers will sell you drugs without checking health history or ensuring they are a good fit for you at all. It blew my mind how easy the process was. They don't do anything to make sure that you're safe or monitor you. If you report side effects or problems with the medication, you're told that it's normal and that it just takes longer for things to work like they're supposed to. They have zero concern for your well-being!
I placed my order on 3/5/2026 and today is 03/14/2026 and they just told me that there is an issue with my order it got canceled and they are investigating it?? I will update in a couple of days.
