App won't let me get past "allow notifications" page when I log in. Not good

The App would be great if it worked. After I put in my verfication code, I receive the message "We nee to verify your identity when you log in". All I can do is logout again, which takes me to the login page. If I log in, I receive the same message again "We need to verify your identity...".
app no longer progresses past the first notification screen.. please fix this bug!
I can never log back in after the update. the app is absolutely hopeless. it popped up something like say yes to notification then never work

App only shows last three contributions. Those contributions aren't even recent ones. I was disappointed with the whole setup in your website. So, I thought I should try the app which is even worse. The app doesn't show any details of my employer or time of contributions or amount. You should design the app such a way that we could see individual contributions with the correct dates and the amount each time it's done by the contributor. That's how it used be in the website.
App refuses identication documents and customer service is no help. They have worded the Name details incorrectly and if followed you are denied and unable to have identification process reinstated

Once the limited services period is over I will be changing funds, this is unacceptable for a super fund to deny access to my account, funds or to make changes.

Ok app, but who doesn't include inbox in the app ? To look up if hesta has actioned on a submitted form,with time period of 7 working days, which they don't, even after a fortnight, have to login into the main website every time to find nothing has been done about it. So yea, that's hesta for you.
Down loaded the app, after logging out wont let me log in again, just tells me I've successfully logged out and goes round and round.

I can't get into the app.
This app is the most frustrating I've ever come across. Wants me to add my state, gives me options and yet, doesn't accept it. Don't know how I'm supposed to be able to access anything when it's a useless app. People wonder why I'm old school. Just send me stuff in the mail in the future. I can't be f**** with technology
