Można dodać produkty do listy zakupów, ale nigdzie nie ma dostępu do tej listy, więc funkcja całkowicie bezużyteczna. Kupony rabatowe obejmują zazwyczaj jakieś 0.01% asortymentu, co przekreśla sens instalowania apliiacji

I had the app already installed but upon entering "obi" in the search or looking through apps installed under the letter "o" I couldn't find it. Seriously stop the slop! Name it properly.
Vernostný program je prakticky neexistujúci, aplikácia má chyby a pri nakupovaní online nedokáže nič navyše oproti webstránke, dokonca pri rezervácii sa neviem dostať ďalej, zasekne sa na výbere predajní, aj keď som si predajňu zvolil vopred, aj tak sa snaží načítať predajne znova, keď chcem produkt pridať do košíka a nedovolí ani ponechať vybranú predajňu (na stránke cez ten istý telefón to ide).

Ich weiß nicht, weshalb die App eine Suchfunktion hat - die liefert nichts. Also gar nichts. Der Bildschirm bleibt blank.
Die App hat mich schon mehrfach ausgeloggt, jetzt geht gar nichts mehr - trotz korrektem Passwort. Sogar „Passwort vergessen“ funktioniert nicht, Newsletters kommen aber sonst an. Also, ich kann jetzt gar nicht mehr zurück in die App, und ohne App wird kein Code and der Kassa akzeptiert. Dafür gibt es doch die Wallet-Apps, wo man Kundenkarten speichern kann! Wieso wird nur Obi-App akzeptiert (die gar nicht funktioniert)? Extrem unpraktisch, frustrierend - und komplett nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Zákazníci sú donútení nainštalovať túto aplikáciu, len aby získali pristúp k zákazníckej karte. Zároveň v aplikácii sú zakázané snímky obrazovky, aby si zákazníci ani náhodou neuložili kartu a aplikáciu neodinštalovali. No nič, zvládol som to a aplikáciu odinštaloval. Čau, dovi dopo, heyOBI.

Ich suche ein Produkte, stelle gewisse Filter und Sortierung ein. In der Ergebnisliste schaue ich mir eins der Ergebnisse an, gehe zurück, alle Filter und Sortierung wurden zurückgesetzt. Wie kann man so ein Schrott programmieren?
Die Suchfunktion geht manchmal kaputt, die einzige Lösung ist es, die App neu zu installieren. Sehr mühsam. Ist leider noch immer so.
Schlechtes app. bin a angemeldet und der App fragt ob ich mich bei heyobi anmelden will. sagt dann dass ein Fehler aufgetreten ist.

I installed app because they promised 5% discount on first purchase, but I didn't receive it.
Too many problems when I work with VPN. It's very annoying. Even if I choosed EU countries. Probably my VPN's ISP ASN is blacklisted. So sad for me😢
I had a Obi account, but I cannot login... I'm forced to create a new account for some weird reason. Message: "Nepoznáme sa odniekial? Pokúšaš sa prihlásiť do našej aplikácie pre súkromných zákazníkov pomocou účtu pre remeselníkov. Použi iný účet. Zmeniť e-mailovú adresu Vytvoriť nový účet " And I had a regular account. 😕
Dalšia aplikácia na špehovanie nákupného správania zbierania, údajov a ponúkania vecí o ktoré človek nemá záujem... A to výmenou za 5% zľavu čo je možno tak 10% z marže.... Nie ďakujem Inak jenschopná toho čo internetová stránka predajcu... Konto zrušené a app odinštalovaná po prvom použití na predajni.

Kann die Merkliste leider nicht finden, App ist leider sehr verwirrend und unübersichtlich aufgebaut.
Marketing w@nk. When I found out I couldn't add my purchases to the App, 2k Euro. And the service staff were so rude, I am deleting the App and now only goto Globus. I have another 50k purchases to make, none of which will goto Obi. Service witches just arrogant, ignorant and rude. They really don't care, and it's abundantly clear (Obi Göttingen)
Bilder werden nicht geladen, auch mit super schnellem Internet. Im Browser hat man das Problem nicht. Deswegen ist die App einfach überflüssig.

Ich habe die Küche mit Art.Nr. bestellt. 8981276 Eine gebrauchte Spülmaschine und ein defekter Backofen wurden mir von der Spedition zugesandt. Ich schicke den Ofen zurück. Die einzige Möglichkeit für mich besteht darin, darauf zu warten, dass der Hersteller des Ofens ein Blatt Papier unterschreibt, ob er einen anderen Ofen für mich produzieren soll oder nicht, dass der Obi, bei dem ich den Ofen gekauft habe, ihn nicht ersetzen kann. Aus diesem Grund kaufe ich meine Sachen immer bei Amazon..
Habe mich für die App wegen des Biberbonus entschieden, nur um später zu bemerken, dass ich mich für den Bonus zusätzlich anmelden muss und meine in der App registrierten Käufe nicht nachträglich hinzufügen kann.

Filialabholung wird für sehr viele Produkte nicht angeboten. Ich werde aber für einen kleinen bit nicht 5€ Kieferkosten bezahlen. Und wieso hat die App kein Merkzettel / Wunschliste?
Bis jetzt war echt super aber seit ein paar wochen kann man leider nicht mehr suchen. Egal was man sucht, es gibt keine ergebnis.
