really frustrating when the app doesn't let you do the one thing it's downloaded for payments don't go through and wait times at heytea are way too long to justify in person order. extremely poor service

Got warning from my phone system that the app is a virus
I had tried to order multiple times through the app, but it keeps my payment selection to google Pay. I want to change and add my own card, still it wont let me. edit: I have been processing my card details to order. Yet it still keeps me out of processing my order as it prevents my card to be recognised. Everytime I try to confirm order, it says payment of $0.00.

predicted queue time is not just wrong but intentionally so, you'll need to "poke" the order to prevent it from being deprioritized
They force you to dl this app to check queue status which is not accurate AND you need to give your personal details to even check the queue status. This is ridiculous.

I downloaded this app and it never once worked. I try to look at the menu network issues. I try to order, network issues. I try to put in my phone number, network issues. Both on and off wifi, network issues. It worked for a moment, but as soon as I tried to go to the delivery page or the coupons page, network issues.
network is down for a few days so can't redeem points before expiration
"ordering tea online is unavailable" through the app. when you get a receipt from ordering in store, the app can't read the QR code to be able to track it. makes it a useless app.

ordered to deliver at my work, I entered correct address and zip code, they use Uber to deliver, which received the wrong address and it's on the other side of Manhattan from where I work. I called Uber, they said they can't do anything to help. I called the heytea site that I ordered from, they said they can't do anything to help, and can't refund.

I like the store but the scam they pull with this app is making me lose trust in the brand. Online order never works and they tricked you with so-called rewards that can only be applied for app orders. Makes zero sense. So stay away from this app at all cost and don't expect any loyalty program. I am sure when the hype dies down this brand will struggle to retain customers' trust.
The app is straight up broken. Can't access any features including sign up. Everything fails when you try to process something.
when I tried to sign up, the app went back to the front page when I checked my email to get verification code. when I try to register again, it says I tried too many times. so I am unable to register and use this app

Another rubbish app forced on your phone. They force you to scan a QR code to check your order status, which you must then download this app and give them your email and permissions to access your phone camera and other settings. Major red flag, I'm not buying Heytea next time.
