I just want you to know, the app crashes and makes it difficult to log back in. I highly recommend you still log back in to delete your profile. Then delete the app. this is worse than LinkedIn causing unwanted contact. more like Hily overrated.
this app is an absolute parasite on your finances, you pay for stuff daily if you want to actually see and match with folks otherwise you'll be swiping for days on end trying to get an actual match

constantly crashes and boots me off the platform. can't sign in currently because the application is not working for me. probably gonna take another week to actually fix it and maybe I will be able to sign back in. not a lot of stunners on there anyway to be fair. if they are, it's fake and I can guarantee that.

I reported 3 scam profiles in the first 24 hours. I also have 2 likes which showed up within a few minutes of creating an account. Given the timing, and the fact they are locked behind a paywall, these were almost certainly made by Hily themselves. Or a third party they pay an advertising fee to.
why even add an option for family plans if the app will just reset it. Why expand my search parameters to profiles that I for sure do not want to interact with. totally unusable app, do t wast your time
didnt even finish setting up my profile. straight presets are just awkward, pointless, and are impressing No One. i was limited to selecting a gender that doesnt represent me and the immediately put into the "straight" category..??? why? just why?? such an oversight and obvious prejudice, i already know im not welcome here.
rarely shows who likes you without paying, most of the ones you actually match with are fake would highly recommend not waisting your time with this one

More monetization than App. Filters are a paid feature as well as messaging. Couldn't imagine making this app any worse on purpose.

poor match quality. gives you people anywhere but where you actually want. constantly asking to upgrade and not being able to see people's pictures without paying. would recommend skip this App
wow can't even see the profile pics of people who like with out premium and even then u can't without premium plus AND EVEN THEN it's only 2 a day. No thanks scam.
I've got a couple of like but sadly I can't see them, sure fine I'll just like every single profile I see until I get matched with the people that liked me. Too bad the app isn't putting them on my feed because they want me to pay for the unblur feature. Pathetic. Also the developer just commented on my review and completely ignored everything I said. Avoiding any real backlash.
Won't show people in my area, kept getting people from out of state, doesnt work, too many notifications, overall buggy
this is definitely one of the worst apps for fake profiles and fake matches where 99% of your matches are exactly that and after a couple you can tell exactly which ones are which and they do that to make you feel better about yourself I guess

to use almost any feature you are required to pay, and the pricing is higher than any of the competitors by a long shot. not a great value. should have some features for free to see what there like.
I don't like how I have to pay money to see who liked me, this is a dating app. why do you have to pay to talk to people? this sucks, now i have no way of communicating with people who like me and I have to pay for major crushes

Basically, if you are a guy you have to pay to use. 50 likes a day and if you get a like the app shows you them but they are blurred. Essentially to entice you to subscribe to unblur. If you subscribe to the basic plan, only 2 unblurs a day. Garbage. Edit: As you can see in the reply, they gatekeep matches that you will never get the chance to like back with the blur feature. With only 50 likes you are not getting any chance to like the profile back until you pay. I bet accounts are fake.
Very poor customer service, over priced and charge you to see who is interested in you. Not a very user friendly dating app. Liked it for a minute then bam your paying to see someone who hot like who you would never date from another state or further even with premium. BIG waste of money! to respond to your addition. You dont give an option of location for the people you blur out, even if they are from another country i wouldn't know and have to waste money to find this out which is wrong.
Unfortunately you get ads just for swiping every few no's. Also only 2% of the profiles are within 30 miles. what's the point in adding a distance slider?

it rarely ever shows you people close to you. even if you pay for a membership, even if you filter the search results. youre going to get about 50 people out of state for every 1 person thats reasonably close.. unless you want to spend hours left swiping in vain, this app will serve no good

This app serves ads that force-redirect to the Play Store without user interaction/touch, violating Play Store policy. Full-screen video ads sometimes with nothing indicating they are ads, which violates Play Store policy and FTC rules. Further, the ads only display a small X after a few seconds, and tapping it brings up a second full-screen ad, that you have to wait to close, which is another violation. HolMe app and Tango Live Stream app on AppLovin ad network. Reporting to FTC, I have video.

I'd give less stars if I could. this app uses a lot of bots to tempt you to subscribe. Anytime you let your subscription run out. you instantly get ten or so likes and every single one is a bot to draw you back in. shady tactics. avoid
I get likes, but Hily, instead of giving me a chance to find out who it is, they put a pay wall in my face.
honestly not worth it, even with the weekly premium+ subscription you still have to pay to unblur the profile each person that likes my profile!! very predatory and seems like just a money grab

Premium+ is a trap. I have 70+ likes on my profile, but the paid tier only allows 2 "unblurs" a day. It will take 5 weeks just to see my current matches, by which time they'll have moved on. You pay money just to stay locked out unless you pay even more. When I contacted support about this artificial bottleneck, they refused a refund, citing their "no refunds" policy. Do not waste your money on Hily; the premium system is fundamentally broken and designed to squeeze you.
absolutely 1000% a scam. everyone is blurred behind pay walls and support is atrocious. ive got screenshot from the support staff that is absolutely abhorrent. their practices are anti customer and their internal review process is not their to help their customers but to further the scam. btw to unblur 1 persons face it will cost you the amount of 2 gallons of gas. 8 dollars a person no better a day to get scammed out of hundreds if you are someone looking for a connection. do not download this!
Worst dating app I have experienced. Nothing good to say about it really.
Predatory payment model. People aren't truly nearby. Have fun unblurring your likes for $3 each or having to wait days to get through them all because they set a paywall limit of 2 even for premium. Instantly cancelled the subscription once I saw how bad it is. Tinder isn't even this bad.
Paid subscription. Got matches, but no one ever replied. Not one reply. Feels fake.
I couldn't block my rapist with his phone number and customer support wouldn't respond. there's a massive saftey issue with not being able to block my contacts on this app, I had already swiped on a couple people and immediately found one of my 5 rapists and that was very triggering for me.
I don't like the way that the app keeps you from looking at your matches even though you have an expensive subscription. Using unblurs to look at matches in areas that I am unable to date in because I get matches while I travel. This makes the app basically unusable for anyone that travels even a little as the unblurs are extremely expensive and the premium plus plan only gets you 2 each day. Forcing you to spend forty to eighty dollars at a time to get additional unblurs. Extremely $$$$$
im not exaggerating when I say in the last 5 minutes ive swiped the same faces more than 3 times not just one of the same person but the exact same selection of people even though I like then to match they keep reappearing not once not twice but 3 times ive used major crushes and crushes because im convinced even when you like a person it wont match them just keep recycling the same faces and names unless this can be updated and changed I'll be deleting the app
