I didnt get my medication for the month but they billed me anyway and said it was non-refundable! Their "customer support" only replied that the fee was non refundable. Save your money!
customer service refuses to refund for a product i never received
this has to be a scam. I was charged 199$ on the 17th and its now the 22 and my meds are still pending. I've called(supper hard to find their indian call center btw) and they are just as clueless as to why my money was taken and no meds were given. their chat support with the care team takes over 6 hours to get a garbled AI message back. im filing a chargeback and getting my money back and reporting this company.
I cancelled my subscription and they are currently in the process of shipping the medication! They did this to me on another medication and so I cancelled this one way before it renewed.
I was a member of Hims in 2023 and their app was horrible back then. Today, I decided to give their hair treatment another try and I discovered that their app is even worse than it was 3 years ago. They keep promising customers that they will fix all of the issues with their app, but they never have. 🦁🦁

I payed for my Subscription they took the moneys immediately (of course). I never talked to a doctor never spoke with a person of any kind was approved for medication. I right away thought wow that's super sketchy. So since I received no service of any kind at that point I cancelled and requested my money back. they made up a u paid for the subscription and that's when a doctor reviewed your file and that's the service you received. this point I'm like F it I'll go on they said no u cancelled.

Atrocious Customer Support. I have been in customer support for a week while going through withdrawals because they sent my meds to the wrong address. Every day there's a new person who asks me for my address to put on file as if I haven't done it multiple times over already.
they are the sorriest money grubbing people I have ever met..I tried to cancel a hair growth PERSCRIPTION and they was too petty to refund 175$ when I never even received the PERSCRIPTION yet...I would take your business elsewhere and the hair growth tablet doesn't work

Wow. Tried repeatedly to charge me for some stuff I didn't even agree to. As soon as I put my card in it started trying to pull $140 out of my bank without my permission. Had to call twice to get it to stop. First call they added some other stuff I didn't want and tried to pull it out my account. Won't be using HIMS again.
scam, doesn't work, they don't give refunds, the doctors don't exist. if you unsubscribe make sure your card has the company blocked because they will turn your subscription back on

horrible experience with this company, was on a medication previously, they wanted to change to something else I declined and than no contact afterwards. 1 month later get charged for there service and is almost impossible to get any contact from them.
a buggy app, terrible UX interface, and unethical billing practices. terrible execution for a disruptive potential. all should be ashamed.
you have to use facial recognition to log on. I personally do not want that of finger print.

I cannot complete a consultation on the app. I cannot even start a new one. It is useless.
All it does is take you in circles. There is no clear way to contact anyone regarding your account AT all. Any and all links to get help takes you to the website which is a giant circle of more articles and still no contact method. Maddening.
prices are higher than normal pharmacy. costumer support takes hours to respond so that you intentionally miss your chance to cancel any orders. very predatory business practices
NOT CONVENIENT. app doesn't allow full management of treatments. seems designed to prevent cancellation. too many marketing notifications. app remains buggy year over year.
constantly logs me out of the app, and its so annoying when i need to constantly re sign in because i need to use the app often
There are lots of telehealth options now, I'd recommend choosing someone else. Hims has always been a little messy, but at this point they've been around for long enough - no reason it should still be like that. And when something goes wrong, customer service is terrible.
has a 1 month offer but doesnt actually forces you in to a 3 or 5 month subscription even tho it doesnt say 3 or 5 it says 1
clicking on any of the programs crashes the app. uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. cannot navigate the app at all.
Waited two months and never received anything. throughout that time I was messaging their 'customer service' team and all I got was an AI chat bot.
Horrible app it is slow and only works to take your money. Chats seem to be outsourced overseas and there's all kinds of communication. A membership was cancelled by accident and they refused to refund me $40. I was probably spending a few thousand all together a year and they blew a business relationship for $40. And I'm never coming back!
the app is unusable. it's made me filled the same information 10 times. can't order glp-1, because I accidentally started another questionnaire. made me fill so much useless information without any results. the app keeps crashing. basically I want to use this app to order a glp-1 but it feels impossible at this point. I would suggest firing your UX person, and choosing function over aesthetic if you don't want to turn customers away. waste of time and my data.
I don't see how they can say. I'm eligible for my prescription one morning. In the next morning, say I'm not when I've been talking to the doctor. So think this is I really bad scam

Customer service is the worst and subscriptions are not flexible. Your item will ship before they respond to your cancellation request. I'm paying for two subscriptions for the same medication. This is pathetic.

The package was returned to the sender. Their terrible app is a walking contradiction. The FAQ says to go to X, but X doesn't exist or even work. The entire website vibe created a reason for a chargeback because they lost my package and insist we use their inferior pharmacy.
It's a scam. Don't do it. They won't even provide you an itemized invoice, which means they are hiding something.

I was with Hims for a few years. I went on the generic GLP-1 treatment. I lost 100lbs. In the end I will say they only seem interested in your monthly payment. I've had issues with the lefs not being delivered on time, they didn't respect my requests to push out delivery dates when I'm traveling necessitating having someone go to my house to pick up the meds left at my door. The last straw was my requests to go onto maintenance dosages and switching to pills were not handled the 3 times I asked
Company sent damaged goods then make it extremely hard to get good customer service. Customer service said not to use the meds, they would replace them. They never did and failed to cancel my account, but billed me again for the meds. I had to go through my bank for fraud. They even admitted fault stating they would give a complete refund for the account $150. Surprise, they didn't, the bank had to refund it after investigation.
Won't let me cancel prescription, remove payment method , delete my account or actually reach any customer support. I have followed all the listed steps and it does not work. This is predatory
I signed up thinking that I was going to pay a membership (don't know why I need one) then get my prescription then why hit you with another advanced fee for something else, what a waste. Membership is not refundable. Steer clear.
I should have known better to put my card information just to take the fake quiz for the fake doctor to review. Automatically signed me up for a $300 plan I never agreed to or even saw. The app is so clunky and freezes. I couldn't find anything to review my plan once it was given just automatically approved. The chat is all AI and doesn't answer the questions you ask. it just finds keywords and pastes an auto reply. I couldn't find a way to remove my card either
Tried a medication. Didn't work. Asked to change, wanted to stop the ineffective medication. You can't do that according to policy. So it only took one time to find outbthe company has no real interest in long term assistance to their "patients ".
