Horrible app it is slow and only works to take your money. Chats seem to be outsourced overseas and there's all kinds of communication. A membership was cancelled by accident and they refused to refund me $40. I was probably spending a few thousand all together a year and they blew a business relationship for $40. And I'm never coming back!
the app is unusable. it's made me filled the same information 10 times. can't order glp-1, because I accidentally started another questionnaire. made me fill so much useless information without any results. the app keeps crashing. basically I want to use this app to order a glp-1 but it feels impossible at this point. I would suggest firing your UX person, and choosing function over aesthetic if you don't want to turn customers away. waste of time and my data.

It's a scam. Don't do it. They won't even provide you an itemized invoice, which means they are hiding something.

I was with Hims for a few years. I went on the generic GLP-1 treatment. I lost 100lbs. In the end I will say they only seem interested in your monthly payment. I've had issues with the lefs not being delivered on time, they didn't respect my requests to push out delivery dates when I'm traveling necessitating having someone go to my house to pick up the meds left at my door. The last straw was my requests to go onto maintenance dosages and switching to pills were not handled the 3 times I asked
Company sent damaged goods then make it extremely hard to get good customer service. Customer service said not to use the meds, they would replace them. They never did and failed to cancel my account, but billed me again for the meds. I had to go through my bank for fraud. They even admitted fault stating they would give a complete refund for the account $150. Surprise, they didn't, the bank had to refund it after investigation.
Won't let me cancel prescription, remove payment method , delete my account or actually reach any customer support. I have followed all the listed steps and it does not work. This is predatory
I signed up thinking that I was going to pay a membership (don't know why I need one) then get my prescription then why hit you with another advanced fee for something else, what a waste. Membership is not refundable. Steer clear.
I should have known better to put my card information just to take the fake quiz for the fake doctor to review. Automatically signed me up for a $300 plan I never agreed to or even saw. The app is so clunky and freezes. I couldn't find anything to review my plan once it was given just automatically approved. The chat is all AI and doesn't answer the questions you ask. it just finds keywords and pastes an auto reply. I couldn't find a way to remove my card either
Tried a medication. Didn't work. Asked to change, wanted to stop the ineffective medication. You can't do that according to policy. So it only took one time to find outbthe company has no real interest in long term assistance to their "patients ".
Remarkably useless app. Downloaded, tried to make an account, keeps freezing, then when I uninstall and reinstall, it says I already made an account(probably from the glitch before), but when I try to sign in it keeps freezing. 0 stars if possible.
no control over my care, I asked for help from the doctors to take a lower dose and was told no. despite the products prescribing information on dosing schedule allows it. then they told me do that the drug in a way that is not supported, crazy these doctors don't know the dosing of the drugs they are prescribing. sure its easy, but at what cost? yeah I still use hims due to a lack of options, but if you can, just go to a doctor, the prescriptions are cheaper and easier through a PCP, imo.
Hims will rip you off. they will auto refill your meds without notification. you will receive an email saying that your meds were requested and shipped. when you receive this email will be the same day your bank account has been billed.

I spent years paying $80 a month for Lexapro on this platform. Amazon has the same medicine now with same day delivery; $14 for a 90 day supply with no insurance. The price on this platform is a straight up rip off.
terrible experience, I feel scammed. Monthly membership is non refundable, even if you receive 0 services.
The app and personnel at hims are a joke, they never have a straight answer it's always some run around or some excuse on why they messed up and you're missing your medication. I signed up for the 6 months treatment and only got 4 months of medication and when I called to have it corrected they changed the end date of my plan to that same day and ended the treatment so they didn't have to send more medication.
Not recommended. I ordered a reduced priced subscription but they upped the price at checkout, then refused to cancel the order for me even though they say they allow a cancellation within 48 hours.

hims is a scam cancelled a service got charged 320 for the service 8 months after I canceled it. do not give them your money.

I was prescribed antidepressants (not GLP-1) for weight loss med. i clicked on an ad, filled out the survey to see if i qualify for the glp-1, and at the end decided to go with oral medication. i was prescribed Bupronion (antidepressant, naltrexone, and topiramate) for my weight loss treatment. I asked them why they're prescribing me antidepressants when I never asked for antidepressants. the person on the phone said she doesn't know and just asked if I wanted to cancel - she didnt even care
they made the app useless, you can't buy stuff from them anymore, idk who thought this was a good idea edit: lmao they had a bot reply
Worst, most non-intuitive app ever. Navigation is "click on stuff until you find what you want." It's basically unusable. I think it's intentional to get you to mistakenly pay for something! 🤣 People are friendly enough. Stop advertising a monthly or per pill dose when you charge by the year or the quarter. It's deceptive. Oh, and also STOP forwarding all your links through ad clicks sites! Even checking a tracking # is a click-through, sheesh!
impossible to cancel payments if you want to stop treatment. had to call and still charged me. very disappointed

Constant log in issues. Biometrics log in only works 25% of the time and email password works about 10% of the time. Probably easier to skip the app and just go to their website
Horrible customer support and I question if they even have real doctors as no one spoke to me in person. I got what appeared to be automated AI responses and would not trust these people again. I do not even know if the meds they sent were real and question the efficacy and legality of this company's compounded products. I gave the medication they sold me to the Department of Health to be tested after they contacted me with their concerns.

glitchy, cant interface with app during "check ins". hot keys dont work most times. you have to reset the questionairs mutiple times to get through them.
Constantly logs me out every couple of days. Currently won't allow me to log in via Google at all. App needs work, mediocre at best.
too expensive
website is not user-friendly. continuously asked me to do things I've already done or don't need to do anymore and still asked me to do it again. need the cancel visit option
the app doesn't work. after logging in and trying to make changes, it asks me to log in again and freezes. it's a repetitive circle.
