I downloaded the app, tried it but the app does not appear on my list of apps. I paid $40 once and now was unable to open it so I think I subscribed again so I'm going to have to cancel and this is a pain and I may just end up ditching it

Tryed to record a phone call I was on speaker phone did not record a conversation says it couldn't hear the voices couldn't even hear my voice as far as I'm concerned it's not worth it. I would not buy it. I would go somewhere else
very bad! i use 2 tines, both totally different not as per meeting agenda. now i cant get my money back..

Rubbish...their is no free account....its a paid for product...its misleading when it says you use a free account. As soon as you try to record or upload a file, it send you to a pay wall.
Nao cumpre o prometido. muita demora para transcrever um simples audio de segundos. Não cumpre o prometido e não cossigo receber meu reembolso.
