Hello team I wanted some help,I just happened to update my watch using this app but just after completing the update my watch stopped functioning completely and in terms of screen display but it's still detected on the app,so what do I do, because I've tried the restart option right from YouTube tutorials yet their's no effectiveness witnessed,anyone who can advise me on what to exactly do because I don't want to believe that my watch is completely dead, please I'll really appreciate

the watch is good but for the fact that it doesn't allow me to make my own dial setting is annoying, the current ones there are too boring. Maybe if you guys can allow us to pictures from our gallery to use make the dial setting,then I'll really appreciate it

the Bluetooth connection is very poor. I bought the watch yesterday and it keeps disconnecting almost every 5 minutes. this is a big disappointment, waste of my money. I can't even find the watch's Bluetooth. I have tried so hard. this is my second smart watch. I have been happily enjoying the first one, not your brand o. try to fix this problem. over to you, or you will lose the market.
