Il nuovo aggiornamento ad Android 9 presenta problemi e non funziona affatto.
UPDATE 2026 worst app ever! Now it's no longer compatible with my mobile... WTH? ... What? just updated this in July and now already they're asking again? Ho data service is absolutely terrible - very slow, mostly blocked on Metro & trains - no Internet. The app has bugs & issues. Got in 2020 because it came so highly recommended and had amazing plans and still offers good value for that; it's a shame when I leave the house that internet is so difficult to use.

da una settimana la vostra connessione internet non funziona e vedo che a voi non frega niente
one of the worst apps that ive had to use. not only does it log you out when youre done but if you want to log back in , for whatever reason, it needs to send a confirmation sms to the number for you to insert and confirm. only probleming being that half the time it doesnt send the sms. its a coinflip at this point for me if the login will work or not
horrible, i have to enter user name every time, and half the time fails to login, sms verification doesn't always work

non accreditano referal. la mia ragazza è entrata in ho col mio link ma a più di un mese non mi hanno accreditato il premio. l'assistenza non c'è, la chat su WhatsApp è un pessimo bot che non ha ai e non ho modo di parlare con reale umano. #onesta

Raga', il recupero password non funziona (nel mio caso arriva alla mail e dice che non è una mail valida). Dopo averci riprovato svariate volte, abbandono la missione (e magari cambio pure telefonia).

Ho dovuto pagare 12 euro per rinnovare l'abbonamento con 4 giorni di anticipo, non mi era mai capitato con altre compagnie.
honestly? it's bad.. after MULTIPLE complaints still can't fix the wifi. it randomly disconnects and for now it's doing it daily multiple times a day.
se finisci il credito e vuoi ricaricare tramite l'app ho ma non sei loggato, non puoi farlo. perché se finisci il credito non puoi più ricevere SMS, neanche quelli di ho, tra cui quello di 2FA. se siete in questa situazione, la soluzione è fare una ricarica dal sito verso il vostro numero, non sapevo e me l'hanno detto all'assistenza al telefono. però il fatto che gli SMS di ho non possono essere ricevuti è comunque un bug che va risolto.

Avrei dato più di due stelle, ma il modo in cui usi gli SMS per disturbarmi mentre accedo alla tua l'app non è buona, spero che DISSATTIVIATE quel modo di inviare SMS ogni volta che apro l'app!!!
