the application is very unresponsive, server is very slow. there are many UI defects. session related issues are there, device management is not working as expected. Same device is registered multiple times with different sessions, that should not be the case.

should let users log in to multiple devices since most users probably own multiple devices. you can restrict no. of watchers watching simultaneously but restricting log-in itself is just obnoxious. made me uninstall the app.

worst interface , not even load the page, cant watch any content, the web application is garbage, mobile application as well crash sometime. Will not continue with next subscription, and the contents also now same type, and not new content ... they should work on the application interface.

Hoichoi will completely loose the rest of the world plan market in the next 2 years and just because of there app and the sneak policies that they built. The content is good but the app business logic makes it completely untrusted. Its a legal problem if anyone takes action - when I pay your system must provide service for it even if I am deleting the account. in this case, either refund the money or delete the account only after the subscription expires or recover process must be available.

Very bad.Though I am already subscribed,each time I want to access from my tab,it asks for subscription.When I access from TV,seamless login.Despite having put this issue earlier,it comes again.

The video streaming quality is not always stable, and the overall viewing experience is not smooth. The app also does not support proper screen rotation while watchin unlike other apps where I can rotate my phone freely, which is very useful during charging. Another major issue is with downloads. In the notification bar, the app does not show proper details like download progress, MB usage, or percentage. It also does

The automatic next episode thing is not working for some episodes. For 'Bhog' it kept coming back to episode 1 after each episode, so I had to go back and manually select each episode. And about the each episode starting from the end after watching it once, if an episode was watched till the end, in that case, start from beginning otherwise continue from the last watched thing. Add an option 'Watch from Beginning' or something. And picture in picture is not available. It's on but not working.
subscription like Nerflix but the application complexity, interface, content, all below standard!
