very expensive. minimum £500 for a 2 day stay in Ayr... im out instantly

Not happy so far. Booked via their app having seen an offer for a discount (via a refund) for doing so. they are now refusing to honour that offer.

£75 to cancel or ammend a booking! The dates I selected weren't available so it selected dates that were. I didn't notice it had changed them until I'd paid. I immediately contacted them and was told it was £75 to cancel or ammend even in the "cooling off" 24 hours. Daylight robbery. I certainly will not be using them again.

Can't pay by card. If your bank takes you to a payment screen, when you pay and go back to the app it takes you to the home page and you've lost your booking. Annoying.

downloaded, unable to sign in, even though have an account. Uninstalled
Unable to log in! The app just seems to keep trying to take me to the website to login in but it doesn't work, when it does work it doesn't log me in on the app! I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled to see if that helps but doesn't, even force stopping the app doesnt help!
I downloaded the app today so I could see my upcoming booking. I can see my account correctly, but it sits there not uploading the booking page, so it's completely useless! I will have to log in via the website, which works fine.
Was working until the latest update. Apparently I don't have an active booking anymore.

Inability to choose accommodation features such as parking, WiFi, EV charging, distance from pub. Totally useless app
Had a lot of problems logging in as the login button was greyed out. After stopping and starting the app it took me to the web site to log in but then kept taking me back to the app login page without logging me in. I eventually managed to log in but then got logged out the next day. It now says "Hi Alan" when I open it but not sure if I'm logged in or not. The Bookings page says I have no active bookings when the web site correctly says I have one. There is a Log Out button that doesn't work.
Stuck on welcome page, pointless.
does not load...gets stuck on the splash screen welcoming you to the first release of their new app with no way to close it...tried leaving it to see if it's a time-out thing but no functionality...(using Samsung S25 Ultra)
