Do not buy this app. There is ZERO support. I used it for 3 years and loved it, but I switched phones recently and I cannot take a backup. Keeps timing out. I contacted them several times and git no response. Save your money
Keeps crashing. The backup didn't work and I lost all my data and am trying to put it back in the program and the import action isn't working. very frustrating. I emailed them several times during this and can't get a response.
You can't actually link any of your billing accounts like on Prism. I just wasted $6.
There is a bug now, when receiving initial data from ipad

One needs to download a separate paid version instead of being able to upgrade the existing lite version. App keeps crashing when one tries to import data from thr lite to paid version. Extremely limited icon sets. Bad user experience. As soon as one pays, one feels they made a mistake.
This app was great on iPhone moved to Android and the app does not work the same. Doesn't auto expenses doesn't update the budget, doesn't email the back up.
My wife and I both purchased the app specifically for the group sharing and sync feature which has not worked at all. I have sent multiple emails to the support email provided and haven't been replied to once, just an automated response with links that do not help at all. If your looking for an app to share within the family , don't bother with this one.

I have been using this app for year, premium version for the matter, but it has some weird bugs that sometimes the accounts gets messed up, sometimes no matter how hard I keep thing update, there is always some differences which you cannot find why or what is coming from. Sometimes I have to recreate everything coz the whole thing gets messed up. I was still using this app coz I could swap between table, phone and PC but it is not worth the headaches Abandoning this app!
I have been using this paid app for several years now, however, as others have pointed out - all the old entries have become uncategorised, rendering the entried useless. I had to restart from scratch in January 2021, which meant I have lost all my history. Also, they synching between the desktop and mobile apps is unreliable at the best of times! Just tonight I had to completely re-import the desktop app's history because it had become jumbled and didn't resemble the mobile app data at all. I am beginning to think it's just not worth the effort using this app
Last update was on 2018... Not an active developer. Defenitly need a good update.
I have been using the app for over two years and haven been satisfied until now. There is a bug in the app and records older than two years are becoming uncategorised. What puzzles me the most is that the technical support has not replied to my message since I repeatedly reported the anomaly. It's a shame, as they had previously been very diligent in answering any concerns that arose.
It's sad that the developer seems to have stopped maintaining or updating this app. I've been using the paid version for years now but now it constantly crashes and isn't functional any more.

It works ok but the one thing I'm finding is that the colors aren't there when you go to the dashboard, it's all gray but in ever picture I see advertised it's in color. Even my boyfriends app shows color. We have the dame phone, same version, same everything. I've even deleted, cleared and re-download and it's still that way.
I was having no problem untill I found this. If you have two mobiles with same brand in your family then both devices cannot have this family. This is major bug in the app.

Aftrer the latest update the widget does not work properly ,does not open to the add expense screen , and most important something suspicious is happening with the app. After fresh install , the app opens with my account logged in . How is this possible ? after full unistallation of the app? I have even clear the cache partition through recovery and still the app opens with my account logged.
Why did the widget go from being a 1 X 5 graphic to be being a 1 X 5 graphic that takes up 3 X 5 spaces?
