its been 0 days AGAIN since i have to add my device again to the app because it suddenly won't connect. but resetting the appliance and adding it again always works. I wish they'd use a different developer...

Frustrating, connection always fails I came to give this a one star review, and then realized I already had.... it seems that whenever they update their app it breaks any automation with Alexa. There may be another cause, but either way the connection it breaks frequently. Frustrating getting up in the morning expecting to pull out clean smoothie maker and needing to clean off day old residue, first world problems... but frustrating nonetheless.
Requires an account creation with a 3rd party website to manage my dishwasher.
I updated the app and now I can't login because of scripts and trackers in the login page. I highly recommend avoiding this bad app
Rubbish. Doesn't work. Won't connect to my Bosch dishwasher. It was connected and working perfectly then stopped and won't reconnect. Deleted the app and reinstalled stalled and logged as before. Just times out after searching for 60 seconds while I'm supposed to press the connection button (?), neither the app nor my Bosch instructions give a clue as to which button this may be, and then states there is no Bluetooth signal. I was under the impression it was operating via Wi-Fi.

Unless you use Chrome as your default browser you go into a login loop (I use comet). After switching back to Chrome it logged in. Devs need to sort it out to be more universal.

I own a Cookit device and have generally enjoyed using it. However, I’ve noticed that I’m not receiving the new recipes in the application, which is quite disappointing given that recipe variety was a key reason for my purchase. I also tried contacting customer support but haven’t received a response so far. I understand that delays can happen, but I would appreciate better communication. Considering the investment in the device, I was expecting access to the full range of advertised recipes.
Excellent app. Stable and functional, with clear and intuitive presentation and layout. Update: Worked fine since I installed the app, that is, until now. Out of the blue it's forgotten my appliance, asking me to sign in. If I try using my phone number, it'll ask for my email. When I use my email, it says an account already exists. But when I try to reset my password for the email, nothing is sent to my inbox. Great stuff.
Doesn't provide particularly much value. The notifications are sometimes useful, but unfortunately, the app is more interested in advertising their products than providing useful instructions. For example, the app will notify you that the oven has to be "eco-cleaned", but it's up to you to try finding the instructions for it.
The least intuitive app I've ever encountered. The machine is brilliant as I would expect from a manufacturer like Bosch, but .. oh my goodness. I have yet to easily find the detergent scanner. The instructions to find that aspect of the machine's 'intelligence' are truly awful. Even AI can't help. I bought the machine partly for the i-DOS system but even when I once found the detergent scanner, Fairy Non-Bio was not recognised. Bosch says I was only the 2nd person to scan that product. Really!!
it sucks. I have to factory reset the cleaning robot (BODCH ADVANCED SPOTLESS +) because it keeps dropping from the wifi, which means I have to map my home every time I do that. oh and the support doesn't answer their emails. SUCKS.

Pretty bad. Was hard to pair the washing machine. You need to push a button on the physical machine *every time* to use the app, for no good reason ("safety"). App is a badly formatted generic framework app, so menu options flow off the edge of the screen etc... And the advertised option to specify economy 7 times doesn't exist, it wants approved energy partners (which links you to a German website). Also now gives you adverts as notifications.

The "upgraded" app does not save time delay anymore. It's very annoying. It used to. Generally, the app is flaky and clunky, Feels like version 1.01, in which some functionality exists sometimes but it's full of bugs and useful to developers but not to end users.

What an absolute joke - can't even sign up to use this app because it uses 'SinglekeyID', which won't email me the sign-up security code. And yes I've done all the trouble shooting. Just ridiculous to even have to do this
Login issues, huge licensing and overhuge personal forms, absent buttons of direct start dishwasher program.
Broken App. The first screen of this app is trying to find something and saying try again. If somehow I manage to attempt to login, it does not log in. There is no manual way of adding an appliance as shown in the YouTube video. Also, there is no link to contact their support. Edit: I have finally figured out the problem. Your optional analytics accept/decline screen at the beginning causes that if declined. Please either remove consent or fix the wording.

App is completely cooked since recent update! sort this nonsense out as it is ridiculous. Was working fine before - now you need to constantly sign in and even then if keeps flashing between the devices screen and "oops something went wrong" screen. Completely unusable as an app now!! Get this fixed!!!

just downloaded this app for my dishwasher and it doesn't work. ive tried uninstall and reinstall the app, same problem. wont even open the home screen or let me log in
bought a new dishwasher and wanted to use the app. When I downloaded it, it just keeps saying "Oops, we're sorry, it looks like something went wrong."
I keep being asked to log in again, then on submitting my password am told my request is malformed. Please revert this version because it's become close to useless.

Works for a little while, then "no connection to the home appliance". Have to add it again from scratch on a regular basis. No support for washer-dryer in Alexa skills. Can only use 'remote start' when you PRESS A BUTTON ON THE MACHINE before every use. Infuritating. Cant set a delay start on 'My Time' for a dry cycle? Or adjust the time for set dry cycles? Whhyyyyyyy!? Jesus, its called 'My Time'. Really poor for a 'smart' washer-dryer. The machine works great, shame. Make it dumb.
The latest version of the app presents a EULA screen where the "I accept" button is hidden behind the OS chrome. App developers: Fix your window inserts to be compatible with Android 15 (StackOverflow has examples on how to do this). Testers: Ensure the full lifecycle of your app is exercised (including logged-out flows) before releasing a non-functional app.
latest t&C's are setup such that the script dialog box is hidden by the android navigation buttons. almost like it wasn't tested in Android devices. unacceptable.
When dishwasher fails because of no water supply it is not possible to resume program even after fixing the water supply, also the app doesn't show history of when wash program was started, so cannot know if it had washed enough time or if should start a completely new program. When using probe thermometer I need to go into app to see the temperature, please add a widget and/or a notification that can show the temperature.
Great update guys! You force terms and EULA acknowledgements and your app is so bad you can't even click on the second one, so you get logged out of the app. It's so bugged, you can bypass it by just trying three times, so I suppose that's a plus. You can have a star for that. Maybe just give the code to chatgpt at this point and see if it can make something functional from your mess of a codebase.
I think it's really bad that this app and my device cannot work without me logging in.

the latest update to terms and conditions is impossible to accept on an android device. the option to accept is behind the three android buttons that are always overlaid on top. therefore you cannot click accept and cannot use this app

the app is awesome. however since the firmware update the dishwasher is not connecting to the app. I have to press the reset button on the machine to connect every second day.
