Horrible, unintuitive app. I have a thermostat. The old app was perfect for the thermostat, have gone back to it.
can't connect to server
To control your stores, you need this app and an account. It can't connect to the server, though, and needs a Wi-Fi repeater if the house is big. I bought the diamond module and can't even use it.... I clearly advise against buying it.
Netatmo, bring back the old app!
the app cannot connect to the server! unusable! invest in a better app! this is ridiculous
app is not at all working since a week
it is super slow to open compared to the old one. It doesn't appear to offer any advantages so can only guess that cost is their driver. Today the apps have lost connection both old and new, I don't know if this is to do with the changeover, but I now can't edit my smart thermostat so what I have now is a thermostat that is just on and I hope it connects to the boiler :(

NO SAVING! 1) "Predictive" AutoAdapt reaches set temperatures 2+ hours too early 2) Need max flow setting per valve 3) can't match a central boiler schedule, causing circulation of cold water 4) Each room should optionally have own schedule 5) TADO got it right: external thermometers needed for accurate room temperature, TrueTemperature is useless.
Takes ages for the app to open. Once open takes ages before it connects to bring on my heating . The fire sign that turns red to let you see the heat is on dosent work at times so not good if your away from home. You had a better app Netatmo. Now received a message about the new graph. The app won't open the graph page. Terrible app.
is this the beta release? can someone post the name of a decent heating app that the developers could use as a template

Very useless app! * On some types of blinds by looking in the app you can't tell whether the blind is open or closed or in the "heat protection" above 26°C mode. * You can't put the blinds in the position manually using the app. * On the other types it is only visible if you open the particular blind to check. * No overview whatsoever. * Grouping blinds is great but often pressing on close or open all doesn't work. * You think it did, then you go and check and it didn't. Just to name few...
not a patch on the old one. need a bigger sign to tell you when the boiler is heating. also you have to come out of the app and back in to see the flame indicator

Who on earth want to switch to an application that takes ages to open? On top of that is clunky and unintuitive. And most outrageous is that you are given no choice. Used the Netatmo application,was nothing wrong with it. Now they push me to use this application. I have a thermostat only!!!!! I NEED A SIMPLE APPLICATION FOR ME NOT FOR YOU BECAUSE I'M PAYNIG FOR YOUR PRODUCT (NEVER EVER).!!!!!
Despite being turned off, the netatmo thermostat keeps opening, throwing my money all to waste. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, I'm thinking of switching to some tuya supported devices - I know it's not a perfect solution, but the netatmo product, ironically marketed as an ultimate cost saver, wasting energy to shít, lost all my trust.
This app is a retrograde experience from the old one. The old app was intuitive and easy to use. My main problem is that the screen does not change to orange when the boiler is being called to switch on. My boiler is located in an external garage. It is not convenient to check if it should be firing. I have gone back to the old app.
The interface is so much worse than the Energy app, that made me uninstall it. Sorry, but it's a disaster.
Compared to the Netatmo Energy app, there seems to be no option to manually set the temperature for all your rooms together (not using a schedule). We have several smart valves in two rooms and often control all of them together. Works perfectly in the old app which I'll keep using for now. Will update the review in case functionality gets on par with the Energy app.
Takes forever to load and a lot of times Temperature Schedules doesn't show all options. Why create a new buggy app when the previous one was working fine.

in comparison to old apps this is a step back, netatmo weather was a simple overview of data, this has no widget no minimums and max only, if you open the graph, whole overview was one tap , one or two slides, now simple temp change needs multiple 2 or 3 times more... same as web but both are making simple UI controls to challenging
The app loads way too slow. It takes at least 5 to 15 full seconds to boot up. Sometimes it won't start at all. Happens on a Samsung S26 Ultra. Very unhappy with Netatmo. Also the hysteresis setting seems gone, can't put a value.. If this doesn't improve fast I'll switch to a different thermostat. This app is way too bloated and core functionality was lost. Get your software together.
I hope the legacy app will still work for long time. After installing the new app, many things are worse. Managing your Netatmo thermostat is not at all nice experience with the new app. I hope the survey done by a lot of users will be taken into consideration. Waiting for a lot better new app, until then I uninstall this Control home and back on the old one.
setting the timer for manual heating is a nightmare on the new app...you have to physically set the time. On the original app, you could just quickly drag the slider for how long you want the heating on. Plus the old app would glow orange to indicate the heating is on. With the new one, there's no indication of this. Will continue to use the old app.
According to Netatmo you should be able to sign in with your existing details, but doesn't work and password reset doesn't work

Where is the "Away Mode" button for the Netatmo Thermostat?! Why is the "Help" function so useless? (takes me to a webpage and then I have to choose products, navigate, use search... only to find nothing!)
Es un horror, como se han cargado la experiencia... la anterior ya era complicada, pero es que en esta ya se han desviado todos los estándares de las aplicaciones... la configuración es complicadísima...
In fine print during Install you learn that it will not work on 5 mgz Wi-Fi. rendering it useless at my mother's Assisted Living. I will never buy another product from this company.
The previous application has nothing wrong, it is very intuitive and easy to use.
Whatever the last bug fix was, made it worse! I have to open and force close 4 times for it to connect. It says gateway is unreachable, have you changed your wifi settings? No I haven't changed anything. Open close 4x and then it reconnects and everything is normal again, until I close the app and try to reopen...
the worst... takes ages to load. my scenes then are empty. takes another several minutes for them to appear. an app from the past active in the present. horrible

Troppi disservizi. Capita spesso che i serve sia offline o che debba essere rifatto tutto il processo di inserimento dei device. Questo crea problemi di gestione della parte domotica della casa e considerati i costi della merce btcino la cosa è un po fastidiosa.

The app is decent, but I'm having trouble with one thing and I haven't found a way to submit a bug report, so doing it this way. I'm in heating mode but when I turn on Away, it turns the AC on with cooling to 15 degrees. That should not happen.
Terrible, un TIMO con los termostatos Smarther. Convierte los termostatos en carisimos pisapapeles. Una vez conectado el termostato a la aplicacion, nunca mas se podra usar el termostato para ajustar la temperatura... Solo permite modificar TEMPORALMENTE (max 12h) la temperatura desde el propio termostato. TAN DIFICIL ES QUE LA APLICACION TENGA EL MODO SOLO MANUAL? Tal y como se podia hacer la App Thermostat?
Gateway will not connect to wifi. It has on one attempt of several, I managed to get the shutters connected, it then disconnected. Now despite doing everything I can think of and countless attempts, it refuses to reconnect to the wifi
gateway 90 % of the time got disconnected, no one solves the issue
not full functionality of the shutters as the remote. waste of 120euro to get the hub
this app can't connect to the Netatmo relay, while the previous Energy app can. seems quite useless
