My camera is connected to high speed internet and it still won't connect half the time, and if it does, the connection. is low. never even connecting over 1mb. Can you guys not do a better job?? I do not recommend this camera or app.

camera is decent, service and plans are a joke. the "30days" is a complete lie, I could never replay anything more than 7days. out of all the days I needed the footage, the camera just so happened to not work and they couldn't explain why. customer service is a waste of time. dont waste your money on this app, it will just cost you.

if you ever see these cameras on sale and think about giving these guys a try stay far away the app sucks takes forever to load the cameras will just randomly not load for no reason don't use this for serious home security because if someone breaks into your house and you're trying to load cameras they will probably shoot you dead before the stupid cameras load

no good
absolutely abysmal. won't connect to the camera, by the time I check it to see what happened it's already gone because it takes upwards of 2-3 minutes JUST to pull up the feed. I will NEVER buy another camera from this company again PEROID.
Looks good but I have tried for 2 hours to 'connect' Round and Round in circles - WONT connect! Everything else is working on WIFI but this guy refuses. I go through all the steps of connecting - message comes 'connected successfully' and then to next page, 'attempting to connect' and back to the beginning of 'connection failed'! Try Again!!!
SD card is useless if you can't pull videos from it to a computer and the app is skippy
this app only parts of videos from the camera is very slow need to cancel this app from Google play been trying for since December without any luck need a refund from December to March please help google play with this cancelation and refund

Sound quality is terrible. People at my front door have NO idea what I am saying.
Horribly slow application. Takes almost a minute and a half to bring up a camera when you want to see live feed. By then the crime is already committed. Doesn't always pick up people coming and going. I had people in my yard for almost 45 minutes the other day and the camera never alerted to anything. The cameras have very nice picture quality. And they were easy to set up with the performance is so horrible, it's almost useless for any kind of security. Cameras continually disconnect from cloud
All of a sudden will not let me log in! Tried reinstalling and contacting customer support but nothing!
Just buy it if you want to be frustrated. It only works for me to see live image. It is pretty much impossible to see any recorded image. So if you are looking for a recording camera, this is NOT the 1. I would give zero stars if it was an option
For the past week or so, the app keep force closing every time I try to look at the live video or the cloud video storage. Basically making everything useless.
App keeps crashing when trying to view recordings
You suggested to update a App that was working perfectly fine and then we update the App and things no longer work. That person or persons should be fired . Do you not test before you suggest to update. Obviously your not the only clowns that do this but still there should be some accountability on your screw up. You want a job have some standards of excellence which I know that's been on a downward spiral for quite sometime.
Camera and audio sucks I will purchase a better home security video system but if you want something for cheap then this is the best one
Not worth it. Stay away It sucks...
The app keeps eliminating my security camera and I have to continuously reinstall the camera. All permissions are on. No idea why it keeps deleting the camera. Finally got it to work after lots of trial and error.
App contact us for any issues does NOT work. I'm trying to find out why my account, which has been working, no longer works. This is the 3rd time after an update has been applied that has removed my account.
Absolute trash! Does not always record. You get none of the services on the app if you don't have a subscription. Now the app will not let me log in even after resetting my password.
Never wants to work or load properly
Only detects and records motion if I open the app and am looking at the live stream. Got it to watch any motion in the back garden and seeing as I have loads of birds coming into my garden everyday it didn't detect or record ANYTHING for over 45 minutes despite me watching birds flying around out my window and me going out into the garden twice during that time and as soon as I went into the live stream it started detecting immediately so totally useless for security purposes.
Update the whole app actually has became unusable....When it works correctly it's not too bad but motion zone (all of it) has became unusable....won't let me set zone..

here we go again another update and new problem. can't view cloud can see thumbnails but won't play. hubby's is fine on IPhone
the recordings aren't good. I only 30 seconds at most. I also get disconnected a lot and error messages. Picture quality is good. Most importantly, I am going back and reviewing videos and thats what I want most.
I get it's not the top of the line camera but it works well. I just don't see why I'd have to pay separate bills for each camera I have in order to reap the benefit of using the cloud. Why can it be on one bill???????????
It can't be moved to my SD card and taking up too much memory.

App Not Showing History
I just got the cloud and it doesn't even work. I had the ups guy here and it didn't recognize or recorded anything. Imma try the free trial if I see nothing I'm cancelling the service.
