Still can't login into my account 4 years later
1. Booking doesn't work. 2. Can't update my own information. 3. No way to delete account through the app 4. Look at their website, even that is full of broken links.
support is really bad. didnt want to help us add grandma to the family. app is very basic

terrible app, unsolicited emails, appearing to give away data without permission and a customer service team that lacks intelligence. would not recommend using this if you can avoid it.
The app doesn't work at all. I contacted the support several times, but deleting data and reinstalling the app is not helping!! I've done it several times already. The centre is also helpless, they don't know why the app stopped working. to sign in, you have to go to the office and explain over and over again your situation and ask them to sign you in manually. So it's like a closed circle now.

After contacting support found out that the app only works for parents and not contacts for picking up children. Also the error message received related to being not compatible with the OS of the phone, which is Android 15. The app in the app store makes no reference to what is the minimum OS version
constantly logging me out and locking me out due to portal error, even after updating then reinstalling.
Made an account at my sister's request so I can pick my nephew up and the app won't let me log into it
garbage app
As other users have mentioned, I do not get notifications from this app and this particular app needs notifications to be functional.
Horrible app. I am a parent and no notifications or admin posts come through as actual notifications or emails to my phone. I have to actually go in and constantly check if the centre has posted something in the app. This has caused me to miss some very important alerts. I contact customer support and all they can tell me is to uninstall and reinstall the app. which did nothing. So they just disconnected the chat and marked the problem as solved. Extremely rude. I am not alone reading the review

The app doesnt toggle between centres. Support is not helpful. Have had issues for over 6 months again with this app. The school should not have bought this is . Its horrible experience
Terrible app, it doesn't provide direct message notifications, which I rely on for updates outside of the centres generalised timeline updates. This has been raised with the Xplor creator MANY times and not just by myself, yet the same old reply, with NO active efforts to rectify. Extremely dangerous

Can't use the app. User and password registered on their website does not work in the app.
Awful. doesn't even allow you to create recurring bookings. But it does shift the burden of booking administration to parents instead of the child care provider. Yay for paying tech companies instead of people :(
Direct debit broken, just loads a blank page, support won't get back to me , logged 3 tickets.
Very clunky. Slow & hard to use. Have had to delete & reload it. Often freezes & just doesnt work.

Only one child showing up out of 3 and I am unable to switch between profiles from 2 different care centres. This makes the app completely unusable.

Created account a couple of days ago. Can not log into the application even though the credentials are correct. Given access to an account and the "support" states that I'm now in a queue.
Doesn't seem to have access to children development in the app. It was working fine 2 weeks ago. But now, even though IT has fixed the issue, the same thing is happening, and we can't see my kids' activities thru app.

For some reason this app has stopped reflecting or processing my cancellations
Does not come up on the calendar when I make booking or absence requests. It used to but no longer does.
The application is ok, however, Android users are unable to enlarge the attached photographs within the updates. Instead, only a small image surrounded by a large white circular border is displayed. In contrast, our friends who are iPhone users can click on the image to view the full version.
too slow to come up and you need to wait for ages to load when in daycare to sign in
can not load my kids pictures on the app. it says it has bug. have uninstalled n installed the app. some help will be great.
It's OK.
Notifications are all or nothing. Cannot deselect just notifications about sunscreen or water consumption. Buttons show as if you can toggle individual topics on or off, but they dont work.
App is pretty painful to use
Please fix the notifications. They can either be all on or all off. They cannot be selected individually on/off. Android operating system.
This app and website support system is useless. There is no finance tab displayed on the application or website, though it is clearly displayed on the apps gallery as an option.
Great when it works but it is very very slow to open and the server us down too often.
